The crime of intentional homicide refers to the crime of the perpetrator subjectively depriving or allowing the death of others, and objectively committing the act of depriving or allowing the death of others.
The crime of intentional injury refers to the crime in which the perpetrator deliberately commits an act that infringes on the health or body of another person, causing the victim's injury to reach more than minor injuries.
