The new car is positioned as a "smart driving fun pure electric SUV", and a total of 4 models have been launched, and the price after subsidies is 175,000-218,000 yuan. According to the car review agency, the e:NS1 is Honda's first pure electric mass production model in China.

Specifically, the appearance of e:NS1 adopts the new e:N Design design language, and the entire front face of e:NS1 is very simple and stylish. In terms of details, the new car has a symbolic e:N series hair light H mark and adds the "Heart beat heartbeat interactive light language". The rear design of the car is also highly recognizable, and the through-type taillight group is equipped with a new Honda logo, which is well distinguished from the same brand of fuel vehicles.
In terms of body size, the new car is positioned as a compact pure electric SUV with a length, width and height of 4390/1790/1560mm and a wheelbase of 2610mm.
In terms of interior, the new car has a strong sense of technology, not only equipped with a 10.25-inch dashboard and a 15.2-inch central control screen, but also equipped with honda e:N OS full-stack intelligent control ecosystem. In addition, in terms of intelligent configuration, honda CONNECT 3.0 pure electric vehicle special version, set AI voice assistant, car home interconnection, energy management, OTA online upgrade and other functions. It also supports remote control of mobile phones, remote control of doors, windows, air conditioners, etc. through the App, and the new car will also provide a rearview mirror in streaming media.

In terms of power and endurance, Dongfeng Honda e:NS1 adopts a front-mounted motor layout, and the battery pack comes from the ternary lithium battery provided by CATL, with a battery capacity of 68.8kWh. The new car provides two power options of e-moving version and e-type version, of which the maximum power of the e-moving motor is 150kW, the peak torque is 310 Nm, and the cruising range is 510km under CLTC conditions; the maximum power of the e-type motor is 134kW, and the cruising range under CLTC conditions is 420km.
It is worth mentioning that in order to cope with different travel conditions, the new car also has three driving modes of "sport, standard and economy", and the Honda EV Sound acceleration sound can be heard in the sport mode. In addition, in response to the dizziness that is easy to cause by electric vehicles, engineers have also made special adjustments.
Model analysis
In October last year, Honda China released a new pure electric vehicle brand e:N, officially opening the road to electrification. Its new cars, e:NS1 and e:NP1, landed on the market in the form of a "two-vehicle strategy", which were the first pure electric models of Dongfeng Honda and Guangqi Honda, respectively.
At the same time, as Honda's first pure electric vehicle model in China, e:NS1 will compete with Volkswagen ID.4 series, BYD Song PLUS EV and other models with advantages such as design, intelligence and power, and it has a good competitiveness in terms of price and power.
