Honda's first pure electric vehicle in China, Dongfeng Honda e:NS1, was officially launched.

As Honda's first pure electric vehicle model in China, e:NS1 is a small pure electric vehicle that inherits Honda's more than 70 years of car manufacturing genes, integrates China's most advanced electrification and intelligent technology, and brings users the three core values of "moving", "wisdom" and "beauty".
Based on the development of the e:N Architecture F platform developed by Honda, the overall shape is evolved from the Honda e:Prototype, and in terms of appearance, the e:NS1 adopts a new "e:N Design" design language, and the overall shape is simple and sharp.
The former Honda LOGO is a bit bright, and it's worth noting that this detailed design will be the new logo for future e:N series models. In addition, the headlight group of the new car can also implement the "Heart beat heartbeat interactive lamp language" function.
The new car has a length, width and height of 4390*1790*1560mm, and a wheelbase of 2610mm. The wheels are 18 inches in size and are available in a total of 5 exterior colors.
e: The tail of the NS1 is not marked with "H", replaced by the English letter of "Honda", and the LED taillight group uses the popular through-line design.
The interior of e:NS1 is indeed very different from Honda fuel vehicles, the 10.25-inch full LCD instrument panel and the 15.2-inch vertical central control screen are the most conspicuous, and the new car is equipped with Honda CONNECT 3.0 intelligent guidance interconnection system, providing AI voice assistant, car home interconnection, OTA upgrade and other functions.
In terms of configuration, the e:NS1 is equipped with Honda SENSING 360 all-round safe driver assistance system, including DMC driver status perception system, providing adaptive cruise, lane departure warning, blind zone monitoring, lane keeping function and automatic parking, etc., in addition to streaming media interior mirrors, seat heating, electric induction trunk, external power supply, and adaptive long-range lighting.
Adhering to the concept of "MM", there are as many as 18 storage spaces in the whole vehicle, and the space utilization rate is leading the same level.

e: The NS1 features a front-mounted motor layout and offers two power options, with a maximum power of 134 kW for the low-end model and 150 kW for the high-end model. In terms of maximum torque, it is 310 Nm. It can break a hundred in about 8 seconds.
Featuring front McPherson rear torsion beam suspension, a retuned chassis and excellent NVH performance, the e:NS1 strikes the perfect balance between "driving pleasure" and "ride comfort".

The battery pack comes from the ternary lithium battery provided by CATL, with a battery capacity of 68.8kWh. The CRUIC has a cruising range of 420 km under low-end CLTC conditions and 510 km at high end.
The artificial intelligence on the car is also a highlight. The DMC driver state perception system accurately perceives and prejudges important safety factors such as driver fatigue driving, driving distraction and driver emotions through the infrared monocular camera in the car, and reminds the driver through realistic human-vehicle interaction, bringing a safe driving experience guaranteed by AI artificial intelligence technology.
After the new car is launched, the most direct competitor should be the Volkswagen ID.3 series model.
