However, while a large number of new models have been launched, there are also many old models that Great Wall Motor has discontinued. The discontinuation of many of them also made the owners of Great Wall Motor sigh.

Taking the Haval series as an example, Great Wall Motor recently launched H5, a cost-effective full-size SUV, which can be seen as the resurrection of the H5 series models, but in addition to H5, H6, H9, the former Haval H series models are very perfect, covering many models from H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6, H6Coupe, H7, H8 and H9, almost completely covering from 1-9. But now counting the resurrected H5, only three number series remain.

Among them, the H2 was once a high-selling model, once sold more than 30,000 units a month, and for a long time, it also sold more than 10,000 units a month. Unfortunately, these models were eventually discontinued.

In addition to the H series, there was also the M series, and the M series at that time was positioned slightly lower than the H series, and as a cost-effective SUV model under Haval, it also achieved quite good market sales. But now only the Haval M6 is still on sale.

In addition to the H series, Great Wall Motor also had sedan and MPV models in its early years, the sedan had C30 and C50, and the MPV had Jiayu and V80, which were later discontinued for various reasons.

Then there is Wei brand's VV series, as a high-end brand of Great Wall Motor, WEY established in 2016 initially launched VV5, VV6, VV7 and P8 and other models, these models have actually achieved fairly good market sales, the original and very high-end design, eye-catching, but eventually discontinued.

In recent years, Great Wall Motor has launched many new models and new platforms, such as First Love, Divine Beast, Red Rabbit, Big Dog, Kugou, and Thunder Dragon. Wei brand has launched coffee series, macchiato, mocha, latte, blue mountain and so on. Launched Salon Cars, its only model, Mecha Dragon. On the other hand, other independent brands, they seem to be more focused on the inheritance of models, whether this is good or bad, it is difficult to say, because everyone is always used to using sales to talk about heroes, but at least for now, Great Wall Motor's transformation does not seem to be smooth.
