In order to ensure food safety during the Spring Festival, on January 29, the relevant responsible comrades of the County Market Supervision Administration and the United Front Work Department of the County Party Committee led law enforcement personnel to carry out food safety supervision and inspection of Berlin Zen Temple and surrounding shops.
The inspection focused on the canteen in the Berlin Zen Temple, the catering service units around the Berlin Zen Temple, and the surrounding shops, and urged the operators to implement the responsibility of the first person responsible for food safety, strengthen the awareness of food safety risk prevention, standardize the catering operation process in strict accordance with the requirements of the "Food Safety Operation Specifications for Catering Services", and strengthen the publicity and training of food safety knowledge for employees; As well as the safety and quality of auxiliary materials, it is required to strictly implement the system of asking for certificates and tickets, and supervise and inspect key links such as health examination, food storage, and processing environment of employees, so as to eliminate potential food safety hazards in catering, ensure the food safety of tourists, and create a safe and secure consumption environment for the people.
At the same time, law enforcement officers also strengthened the price supervision of shops around the Berlin Zen Temple, severely cracked down on illegal behaviors such as not marking prices in accordance with regulations, price fraud, etc., guiding operators to operate legally and honestly, maintaining the price order of the tourism market, and effectively ensuring the safety of tourists' consumption.
In the next step, the county market supervision and administration bureau will carry out uninterrupted inspections, comprehensively investigate risks and hidden dangers, increase law enforcement inspections, and make every effort to ensure the "safety on the tip of the tongue" of the masses during the Spring Festival.
