Peng Anji walked into every charity and happy home with complete equipment, complete functions and characteristics, and saw the old people eating dumplings and dumplings with relish around the dining table, with happy smiles on their faces, and happily praised these two happy homes for doing a good job and doing a good job. He pointed out that the creation of a charitable and happy home is an effective way to solve the problem of providing for the elderly in difficulty in the village community and participate in grassroots social governance. Peng Anji inquired in detail about the source of funds for the operation of the Happy Home, and exchanged views with the service center and village cadres on how to ensure the long-term operation of the Happy Home. He stressed that the happy homes that have been built should be clearly distinguished, carefully guided, and managed by classification, explore the establishment of a capital investment mechanism, and actively implement the "four ones" investment mechanism of "individual out of a little, a collective point to take, a little social donation, and a little government supplement", and integrate the charitable happy home with the mutual aid and happiness house run by the civil affairs department to realize the integration of funds, policies and forces to ensure the effective, sustainable and healthy development of the happy home.
