Annotation:
1. The specific time period of the day and night is subject to the time period information publicized on the road parking fee sign;
2. After more than 1 hour, each additional 30 minutes will be used as a progressive billing unit, and each additional less than 30 minutes will be billed as 30 minutes.
Precautions for parking in smart road parking lots
1. The allowable parking time, charging standards and billing rules of the relevant road parking lots are detailed in the charging signs set at both ends of the road parking lots, and you can also log in to the "Shanghai Parking" APP to inquire and understand.
2. The smart road parking lot provides residents in the surrounding communities with convenient preferential services of "off-peak sharing and monthly billing" (for the parking period that belongs to the night of weekdays and Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays, the road parking fee is calculated and levied on a monthly basis, and the detailed rules can be queried and understood by logging in to the "Shanghai Parking" APP), and residents in need can choose the "Shanghai Parking" APP - "Peak Staggered Sharing" - "Road Parking Lot" to choose the nearest smart road parking lot to apply.
3. Please take the initiative to log in to the "Shanghai Parking" APP to inquire and pay the parking fee when you leave the smart road parking lot, or you can log in to the "Shanghai Parking" APP or consult the parking administrator in the nearest road parking lot in the city within 15 working days after receiving the payment reminder SMS. If you have any objection to the payment information, you can call the road parking lot supervision telephone number publicized on the "Shanghai Parking" APP, or you can raise an objection online, and we will reply after verifying your parking information in accordance with the regulations.
4. For those who fail to pay the fees as required within the time limit, our committee will carry out arrears reminders in accordance with the prescribed procedures; For the violation of refusal to pay road parking fees, the relevant law enforcement departments may be punished in accordance with the provisions of the "Shanghai Parking Lot (Library) Management Measures".
5. In order to provide more timely and accurate SMS reminder services, it is recommended that you take the initiative to log in to the "Shanghai Parking" APP to supplement or update the bound accurate license plate number and mobile phone number.
