In the No. 1 Middle School of Tuoketuo County and the surrounding food business units, the inspectors carefully checked the purchase ledger of the restaurant, kitchen environmental hygiene, tableware cleaning and disinfection, etc., and learned in detail about the safety and standard management of food samples and personnel health. Rice, noodles, vegetables, fruits, pre-packaged foods, etc. were sampled separately, and a total of 22 batches were selected for testing. At the same time, we will urge school canteens, off-campus feeding units, small dining tables and food production and business units around the campus to implement the main responsibility for food safety, firmly establish the concept of the first person responsible for food safety, and effectively put campus food safety work in the first place in all work.
In the next step, the Tuoketuo County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau will continue to promote food safety in the school and its surroundings, continue to keep an eye on the campus and surrounding food business units, increase governance efforts, ensure that there are no dead ends, eliminate hidden dangers, comprehensively strengthen campus food safety supervision, and fully escort the food safety of teachers and students.
