雾麻科技宣布四位管理层任命 Jim McCormick为首席财务官

智通财经APP获悉,雾麻科技(ISPR. US)今日宣布任命 Jim McCormick 为首席财务官,公司还宣布任命 John Patterson 担任国际高级副总裁;Dennis Lider 担任销售高级副总裁;David Hessler 担任运营高级副总裁。

Jim McCormick has more than three decades of diverse leadership experience, according to publicly available sources. He began his career in public accounting with KPMG Peat Marwick in 1989 before moving into the consumer goods industry at Mid-America Pepsi-Cola and joining Brown & Williamson, an affiliate of British American Tobacco (BAT) in 1992. During his more than a decade at BAT, he held various international general management and CFO positions in Europe, South America, Southeast Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa and North Africa. In 2009, Jim returned to the U.S. to serve as Chief Financial Officer of Federal Flange Inc. and then Sodexo Corporate Services. He then joined ECIG, a publicly traded atomization products company, and served as COO and CFO of KushCo Holdings Inc. from August 2017 to January 2019 and as President of Ignite International Inc. until December 2019. Most recently, he has consulted for several companies, including UMBRLA, Inc., Redbird Bioscience, Cars & Credit Master, Abstrax Tech Inc., and Thought Leaders, Inc., with a focus on the heated tobacco sector. Jim holds a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from Eastern Illinois University (1988) and a master's degree in business administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (1992). He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

John Patterson, senior international vice president appointed by Wuma Technology, has more than 25 years of experience in tobacco and next-generation nicotine across the U.S. domestic and international markets, particularly the U.K. and the European Union. John started his career at Altria and subsequently worked in Europe for Philip Morris International, NJOY and most recently at Juul Labs as Senior Director UK and UK Country Manager. A dynamic and forward-thinking leader, John has spent more than two decades exceeding business goals, driving sales growth and managing costs. With his keen strategic thinking and strong operational capabilities, he navigated different countries, cultures, and trade sectors, successfully turning struggling brands and building credible startups.

Dennis Lider, Senior Vice President of Sales, joins Wuma Technology with more than 20 years of FMCG sales leadership experience and more than a decade of executive leadership experience in revenue management. Since 2019, he has held senior positions in public companies, overseeing wholesale, retail and distribution sales functions. Dennis has extensive experience in international market expansion, corporate business development, global sales management and channel diversification. He will be based in Florida to ensure that the East Coast is aligned with the success of Wuma Technology on the West Coast.

David Hessler, the newly appointed Senior Vice President of Operations, began his career in the California shipping industry after graduating from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. In 1992, he came to Moscow and worked in the global cigarette industry for twenty years, working for Philip Morris International (PMI) and Japan Tobacco International (JTI). Within JTI's Global Supply Chain organization, David leads Global Customer Service in Geneva, Switzerland, managing operations across 190 markets across more than 5,000 SKUs. He is also responsible for managing the supply chain and manufacturing functions in the Asia-Pacific region, including the JTI Petro plant in St. Petersburg, Russia, the world's largest cigarette factory outside of China, with an annual production capacity of 87 billion cigarettes valued at more than US$5 billion. In 2017, David moved into a new industry as President of Manufacturing for Grupo Flor in Salinas, California. Most recently, he was CEO of Swiss Tech Labs in Montreux, Switzerland, the exclusive European supplier of atomized products to Oettinger Davidoff AG, a leading luxury cigar manufacturer in Basel.
