As a large agricultural town in Minhang District, Pujiang Town has 40,280 acres of agricultural land, accounting for 74% of the agricultural land in the district. Rice production has formed a complete production chain from seedling raising to machine transplanting to harvesting, but rice processing has been missing.
With the support and guidance of the District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, Gujie Grain Professional Cooperative has successfully obtained the qualification for primary processing of rice after application, transformation, qualification review and other links.
Walking into the Gujie rice processing plant, advanced rice processing equipment is readily available, including stone removal machine, hulling machine, rice milling machine, polishing machine, color sorter, etc. The automatic processing equipment operates in an orderly manner, and the rice produced is full, crystal white, and then through the processes of bagging and edge sealing, bags of high-quality rice packaged in vacuum are neatly stacked. The daily processing capacity of the rice processing plant can reach 60 tons, which basically meets the needs of grain processing and provides a strong guarantee for post-production work such as grain drying, processing and sales.
