If you believe that any of the following circumstances exist in relevant laws, regulations, and policies, you can report the problem through the designated email address.

(1) Hindering market access and exit. setting unreasonable or discriminatory entry and exit conditions in the construction of infrastructure projects, bidding and bidding, government procurement, etc.; restricting the operation, purchase, and use of goods and services provided by specific business operators; Set up procedures and intermediary services with the nature of administrative licensing, such as approval and pre-filing procedures that are not based on laws and regulations or decisions of the State Council; Establish approval or filing procedures in the nature of approval for industries, fields and businesses not included in the negative list for market access; Illegally setting up franchise rights or granting franchise rights to enterprises without fair competition.

(2) Impediments to equal access to factors, free flow of goods, and services. discriminatory pricing and subsidy policies for foreign and imported goods and services; restricting the entry of foreign and imported goods and services into the local market or hindering the export of local goods and services; exclusion and restriction of non-local enterprises from participating in local public resource trading activities; exclude, restrict, or compel foreign enterprises to invest or set up branches or business premises in the local area; Impose discriminatory treatment on the local investment or branch offices of foreign enterprises, infringing on their legitimate rights and interests; illegally adding relocation conditions to restrict the relocation or exit of enterprises; Implement unreasonable restrictive regulations on the acquisition of capital, land, talent and other factors by enterprises.

(3) Affecting production and operation costs. Preferential policies are given to specific enterprises in terms of financial subsidies, access to factors, taxation, environmental protection standards, and pollutant discharge authority in violation of laws and regulations; Illegal arrangements for fiscal expenditures are linked to the tax or non-tax revenues paid by specific enterprises; Reduction or exemption or deferred collection of social insurance premiums and taxes that should be paid by specific business operators in violation of laws and regulations; illegally requiring business operators to provide or withhold all kinds of security deposits from business operators; Setting discriminatory requirements for obtaining government investment funds, loans, and other financing in violation of laws and regulations; Illegal and illegal new fee items, passing on administrative licensing, regulatory services and other related costs to operators.

(4) Affecting the production and operation of enterprises. Illegally forcing enterprises to engage in monopolistic behaviors as stipulated in the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China; Illegally disclosing or requiring enterprises to disclose sensitive information on production and operation, so as to facilitate other business operators to engage in monopolistic behavior; illegally exceeding the pricing authority of the government to set prices; Illegally interfering with the price level of goods and services at market-regulated prices.

(5) Administrative supervision and law enforcement. Illegally set discriminatory inspection items and inspection frequency for different enterprises; Illegally set different standards for administrative discretion for different enterprises, and make obviously discriminatory administrative punishments, administrative compulsory measures, and administrative compulsory enforcement decisions against specific enterprises.

(6) Judicial protection. setting discriminatory case filing standards in violation of laws and regulations; using criminal means to intervene in economic disputes of enterprises in violation of laws and regulations; Setting up discriminatory judicial coercive measures in violation of laws and regulations, such as sealing, seizing, or freezing assets involved in the case that exceed the standard, beyond the scope, or beyond the time limit; Setting up discriminatory judicial enforcement policies in violation of laws and regulations.
