According to the "Notice of Jiangle County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on the Open Recruitment of Staff in Jiangle County Public Institutions in 2024" (Jiangren She [2024] No. 22), the relevant matters related to the review of the interview qualifications (including graduate positions) of public institutions in Jiangle County in 2024 are hereby notified as follows:

Objects and contents of the qualification review

For the list of interview qualification reviewers, please refer to the "2024 Jiangle County Public Institution Open Recruitment Interview Candidate Qualification Review List" (Annex 1).

It mainly checks the qualifications of the shortlisted candidates for interview (including those who have passed the registration review and the number of graduate candidates who do not exceed 5) to confirm whether the information and materials submitted during registration are true and accurate.

Time and place of eligibility review

The review of the qualifications of the interview candidates will be conducted in two stages. The first stage of qualification review will be from May 20 to May 23, 2024 (normal working hours on working days); The second stage is the qualification review stage of the replacement candidates, and the deadline is May 24, 2024 (normal working hours on weekdays).

Location: Human Resources Development Unit, Jiangle County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (Room 607, Jiangle County Social Security Building).

Warm reminder: Candidates who participate in the interview qualification review must keep the communication unimpeded, and in case of a change in the communication method, they should take the initiative to contact the Human Resources Development Unit of our bureau in a timely manner (contact number: 0598-8770559), so as not to delay the qualification review or miss the interview qualification. During the qualification review period, some candidates may be disqualified from the interview due to giving up or not meeting the application requirements, etc., please prepare the qualification review materials in advance for replacement.

Documents to be brought for qualification review

Candidates participating in the qualification review must fill in the "2024 Jiangle County Public Institution Open Recruitment Interview Qualification Review Registration Form" (Annex 2) and the "Personal Integrity Application Commitment" (Annex 3), and bring 1 original and 1 copy of the following materials, and the copies will be bound into a book in order:

1. Original and photocopy of ID card;

2. Admission ticket (applicants for graduate positions who have passed the registration review do not need to provide more than 5 applicants);

3. Academic certificates, degree certificates, "Electronic Registration and Filing Form of Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education", "Degree Certification Report" (provided by personnel with degree requirements for the post), including:

(1) If the 2024 full-time college graduates have not obtained the corresponding academic qualifications (degrees), they can hold the "Employment Recommendation Form" issued by the school for review, but they must promise in writing to obtain and provide the corresponding academic qualifications (degrees) that meet the requirements of the post before September 2024, otherwise they will be deemed to have automatically given up the interview (employment) qualifications. The major on the employment recommendation form must be consistent with the major on the graduation certificate, and if the employment procedures are not handled due to the inconsistency between the major on the employment recommendation form and the name of the major signed on the graduation certificate, the candidate shall bear the consequences.

(2) Applicants with a full-time college degree or above, as well as part-time general education qualifications (degrees) such as self-examination and correspondence courses, must be available for inquiry and certification on the China Higher Education Student Information Network (hereinafter referred to as the Academic Information Network, http://www.chsi.com.cn/), and can provide the Electronic Filing Form of Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education and the Online Verification Report of China's Higher Education Degrees.

(3) Candidates who apply for the second degree (degree) with a minor major, double degree or double major must provide verifiable information on the academic information network (http://www.chsi.com.cn/). Among them, candidates with double degrees and double majors must also provide verifiable information on the website of the Fujian Provincial People's Government (http://www.fujian.gov.cn/cspuc/bsfw/search_sxwszy).

(4) Returnees from overseas education and talents from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan must provide the relevant certificates issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education, such as the Certificate of Recognition of Foreign Academic Qualifications and Degrees, the Certificate of Academic Qualifications and Degrees of the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions or the Certificate of Recognition of Academic Qualifications and Degrees in Taiwan, issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education. If a domestic institution and an overseas institution jointly run a school to obtain an overseas academic degree (degree), it must provide the corresponding "Opinion on the Evaluation of Academic Qualifications and Degrees in Jointly Run Schools", "Certification of Academic Qualifications and Degrees in Jointly Run Schools" or "Certification of Foreign Academic Qualifications and Degrees in Chinese-Foreign Cooperatively-Run Schools" issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education.

In order to facilitate the quick review, candidates with the above academic qualifications (bits) are requested to make the certification report in advance and print the relevant valid written materials by themselves.

4. Other qualification materials required for some positions, such as: household registration book (household registration book for the county's household registration or students), professional and technical post qualification certificates, physicians, nurse qualification certificates, service expiration certificates and copies of service grassroots projects, etc.

5. Those who apply for the special post of "Jiangle County 12345 Government Service Convenience Hotline Center": Those who belong to Sanming nationality (or enlist from Sanming City) must provide the original and photocopy of the household registration booklet, enlistment notice, and retirement certificate.

6. Those who enjoy the extra points of the written test must provide the original and photocopy of the corresponding certificates or certificates and the Application Form for Extra Points in the Written Test.

7. Personnel who have already worked in government agencies, public institutions, and state-owned enterprises must provide proof of consent to apply for the examination (see Annex 4).

Candidates who participate in the interview qualification review must carefully read and prepare the review materials in combination with the conditions of the position they are applying for, so as not to delay the qualification review or miss the interview qualification.

Miscellaneous

1. If the candidate is unable to participate in the qualification review for any reason, he or she can entrust another person to handle it in writing, and the entrusted person must bring all the materials required for the review (except for the original ID card of the principal), the power of attorney and the original and copy of his or her ID card to go through the qualification review procedures on his behalf. If the candidate or the entrusted person deliberately conceals his or her own situation to participate in the on-site interview qualification review and causes serious consequences, he or she will bear relevant legal responsibilities.

2. When candidates go through the interview qualification review procedures on the spot, they should do a good job of personal protection and pay attention to personal safety on the way to and from the test.

3. Candidates who enter the interview qualification review should complete the qualification review within the specified time. Candidates who participate in the first stage of qualification review must send a written waiver statement (signed and fingerprinted) (Attachment 5) to the Human Resources Development Unit of our bureau before 5:30 p.m. on May 23 at the latest, or take a photo and send it to the mailbox [email protected]. Those who fail to participate in the qualification review on time will be deemed to have automatically given up their interview qualifications.

4. If the interview qualification review is unqualified or abstains, the candidates who have passed the written test will be compensated in equal amounts according to the order of the written test scores from high to low. The qualification review of the replacement candidates will be completed by May 24.

5. The qualification review work runs through the whole process of recruitment, and at any stage it is found that candidates have obtained qualifications by forging documents, certificates, archives and other materials, as well as by concealing personal work experience and other conditions, cheating in examinations and physical examinations, or deceiving organizations during inspections, once found, in addition to canceling the examination or employment qualifications, they shall not participate in the recruitment examination of public institutions in our city within three years.

6. The interview shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Interim Measures for the Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Sanming City" (Mingren [2012] No. 33). According to the unified arrangement of the province, the interview time is initially scheduled for June 8 to June 9, and the specific interview time is subject to the time of the announcement of the interview notice, and the interview notice will be announced to the public on the official website of the People's Government of Jiangle County (www.jinagle.gov.cn) and the Fujian Employment Network (http://www.fj99.org.cn). Please pay attention to the fact that you should always check the website for the latest notices and other exam information.
