2024 marks the 10th anniversary of General Secretary Xi Jinping's overall national security concept, and April 15 is the ninth National Security Education Day. In order to promote the extensive, in-depth popularization of national security education, effectively enhance the national security awareness and literacy of the whole people, comprehensively improve the effectiveness of national security publicity and education, and continuously consolidate the social foundation for safeguarding the new development pattern with the new security pattern. The Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Justice and the Heilongjiang Provincial Office for Legal Popularization decided to jointly hold the "4.15" National Security Laws and Regulations Prize Answering Competition.
