1. Do not pick, sell, buy, or eat wild mushrooms that you are not familiar with, especially those that are mildew or young and difficult to identify.

2. When cooking and processing wild mushrooms, do not eat cold dressing, barbecue, and do not mix multiple varieties for processing, and then eat after frying and cooking thoroughly, and do not drink alcohol when eating wild mushrooms.

3. It is strictly forbidden to process and eat wild mushrooms (including dried wild mushroom products) for group meals such as school canteens (including childcare institutions), unit canteens, construction site canteens, catering units for tourist attractions, canteens for elderly care institutions, hospital canteens, weddings and funerals, rural banquets and conference group meals, so as to prevent mass food poisoning incidents.

Fourth, the catering business unit should strictly control the purchase of edible wild mushrooms, strictly prohibit the purchase of unfamiliar wild mushrooms, establish and master the emergency plan and disposal process for wild mushroom poisoning, strictly implement safe cooking and processing methods such as boiling and bleaching with boiling water, and keep samples for future reference to ensure the safety of consumers.

5. Patients who have been poisoned by ingesting highly toxic wild mushrooms and critically ill patients should be transferred to tertiary general hospitals with the ability to treat them in a timely manner, so as to gain a golden time for treatment.
