According to the requirements of the "Special Action Plan for Campus Food Safety Investigation and Rectification of the Ewenki Autonomous Banner", in order to further strengthen the supervision of campus food safety and ensure campus food safety, recently, the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of the Ewenki Autonomous Banner has carried out special sampling inspections of campus canteens in the jurisdiction in combination with the food safety supervision and sampling plan of the Market Supervision and Administration of the Ewenki Autonomous Banner in 2024, comprehensively investigated food safety risks and hidden dangers, and ensured the "safety on the tip of the tongue" of teachers and students on campus.
This special activity is guided by the discovery of campus food safety problems, giving full play to the targeted role of food sampling, focusing on the detection of food additives, heavy metals, pesticide and veterinary drug residues, microbial contamination and other safety indicators for food raw and auxiliary materials such as school canteen dining utensils, purchased poultry meat, edible agricultural products, and frying oil. Law enforcement personnel carry out sampling testing work on site, and the samples are sent to third-party testing institutions for professional testing, and the sampling information will be publicized in a timely manner after the inspection is completed, and the substandard food found in the sampling will be verified and disposed of in accordance with the law. A total of 60 batches are planned for this special sampling, and 32 batches have been sampled so far.
The Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of the Evenki Autonomous Banner will continue to carry out special sampling inspections of food safety on campus and around campuses, expand the scope of sampling inspections, increase sampling efforts, ensure campus food safety, and further weave a food safety protection network on campus and around the campus.
