The charm of sports

Flying, spinning, jumping, any movement always has such a positive upward force that makes the people who watch it feel that the blood is boiling.

I think back to a sunny summer morning a few years ago, I was inexplicably hung up from behind by a deviated tricycle, and when I got up and looked up and saw two rear wheels, I thought I was falling out of the middle [laughing and crying] It turned out to be hit in the head by the right car mirror, and 360 turned and fell on the cement floor. Dressed in a short-sleeved shorts sportswear, I was everywhere "hugging" the ground with big or small injuries.

On the way to the hospital I kept praying that the legs were okay, the legs were okay, the legs were okay... But there was still something wrong. Eventually a plaster cast was applied and hospitalized for a month. After being discharged from the hospital, he continued to cultivate at home with a plaster cast, and he just wanted to get off the ground as soon as possible. Finally, I waited until I removed the plaster cast and went to the ground, only to find that my knees could not be bent, I could not squat, and it hurt a lot to squat a little. I was scared, so I quickly went to the hospital to find a doctor, and the doctor told me: Your legs have grown well, but the degree of recovery in the later stage depends on your own slow exercise.

Listening to the doctor say this, I was relieved. Well, then insist on exercising, it was just the "Para Games", and every day was a picture of disabled athletes cutting through thorns and bravely moving forward. Seeing them compete, I told myself that I must return to the same way I used to be [come on]

In this way, holding the table, squatting little by little, enduring the pain of knee pulling, day by day passed, from the knee to the calf, to the heel, and finally to the toes, haha 😄 suddenly did not hurt. It turned out that it hurt all the way.

The Winter Olympics have allowed me to regain that experience and make me really feel the power to persevere. In the new year, continue to be a folk athlete, happy and healthy. If you can't fly an ice knife, draw a circle. [Cute]
