Recently, the China Telecom Smart City Industrial Park, which was built by China Construction Eighth Bureau Development and Construction Company, was officially put into operation, and the first batch of about 600 employees of technology-based enterprises settled in Building 8 for office, marking that the industrial park has officially become the first market-oriented relief project in the Xiong'an New Area Start-up Area, which will further promote the scientific and technological innovation and industrial development of Xiong'an New Area and inject new vitality into the local economy.

China Telecom Smart City Industrial Park, located in the North District of the Internet Industrial Park in the Start-up Zone of Xiong'an New Area, is the first smart city industrial park of China Telecom Group Co., Ltd. in the country. The successful operation of the project is not only an important practice to support the construction of digital Xiong'an, but also actively undertake the task of relieving Beijing's non-capital functions in the future, establish the capability of "Hongmeng + green + scenario-based + global IPv6", and create a benchmark case of "smart park construction + product + operation" for the relief unit. During the construction of the project, in order to prevent the water level of Baiyangdian Lake from rising and anti-floating, anti-floating anchor technology was adopted, and measures such as square circle buckle fixing and inflatable rod partition were adopted in the main stage. Building 9 adopts the form of steel structure, and due to the high design requirements and tight construction period during the construction period, all components are in the mode of "factory prefabrication + on-site assembly", which greatly shortens the construction period.

China Telecom Smart City Industrial Park Construction Project is located in the North District of the Internet Industrial Park in the Start-up Zone of Xiong'an New Area, and is the first market-oriented project of the Internet Industrial Park in Xiong'an New Area. The total investment of the project is 2.3 billion, with a total land area of 80,000 square meters and a planned total construction area of about 214,000 square meters. It is constructed in two phases, one of which is about 100,000 square meters (8#, 9#, and 10# buildings are laid out in the site from north to south). The building functions are mainly R&D and office, supplemented by scientific and technological services, operation management, and living facilities, and strive to reflect the characteristics of the park of "innovation, ecology, intelligence, and low carbon".
