I was lucky to have uncles and aunts who loved me, grew up with me, and took a picture of me, when my uncle was in high school and my aunt was in junior high school. After that, my uncle was admitted to the university to study architecture and was assigned to the engineering unit as a designer, and my aunt became a middle school English teacher.
In 1958, my father came from the Beijing Institute of Mining and Technology to teach at the Shanxi Institute of Mining, and my mother and I also came from my hometown in Henan to Taiyuan to reunite with the family. The mother has children in succession, and my family is a large family of 4 women and one man. A family portrait was taken in the 1970s.
The story that happens in the photo is almost similar to that of the TV series "The World". In 1969, I was assigned to the Volkswagen Machinery Factory as a model worker in the foundry workshop from the "Old Third Class" attached to the Taiyuan Institute of Technology. The eldest sister did not graduate from junior high school at the age of 15 and went to the Iron Construction Corps to participate in the construction of railways. After graduating from junior high school, my sister, who looks very similar to her mother, went to the Xishan rural Zhiqing team for more than three years.
This photo is that year, the eldest sister returned from Tiejian to assign a job, my sister the third also returned from the team, Shanxi Mining Institute took care of the children, arranged for her to go to the infirmary pharmacy as a nurse. After working for 5 years, I was recommended to go to college, and my father's unit assigned my family to a three-bedroom and one-living building, the whole family was full of joy, and our family began to usher in a good life.
In the 1980s, we all became a family, and the Spring Festival reunion was taken, and my brother did not live up to his expectations of graduating from college, and after participating in the work, he was admitted to the first batch of civil servants recruited by Taiyuan City. He joined the party and was still in the subordinate organs of the provincial government, and he has moved to work in a small shop. We all have the next generation of only children, and my parents are very happy, and I took pictures with my sister-in-law holding her daughter, all wearing hand-knitted sweaters.
He was born in 1950, enlisted from school in 1969, and served as a soldier in the anti-aircraft artillery unit of the Northeast Field Army for more than 6 years. When he served as a soldier, he used the anti-aircraft gun command instrument produced by our mass machinery factory, and one command instrument could command eight anti-aircraft guns. Our military once used it to shoot down the American U-2 high-altitude reconnaissance aircraft.
More than six years of tempering in the barracks have left an unforgettable memory for my wife. He often talked about the northern wilderness of the northern wilderness to cultivate the land, and one person carried a sack of seeds into the ground. Go to the mountains to fry stones, build your own barracks, drive a horse-drawn carriage to dig up dung, and when planting seedlings in the northeast, due to the large temperature difference in the day, there is ice slag in the water. When a soldier learns to do everything, obeys orders and listens to commands, and does: "One is not afraid of suffering, and the other is not afraid of death." ”

When the mother-in-law mentioned the hard days in the countryside, she couldn't help but shed tears. Because of the father-in-law's monthly salary of 60 yuan, it is quite difficult for the family to live separately.
Wait until the implementation of the policy before the family reunites in Taiyuan. My father-in-law bought some scrap iron and welded an iron bed for us, and then picked up a tree trunk saw board to make a bed. In a collective dormitory of the Coal Security Inspection Bureau, we simply got married and started from scratch. That year, we both married and took a family portrait with our in-laws and mother-in-law, but there was no one left. He was in the army without returning.
The next year, the daughter was born, and my wife was admitted to the University of Electricity and Technology to study enterprise management for three years. After that, the cadres were mentioned again, we were assigned a half house, in 1985 we lived in a 100 square meter house, in 2002 we lived in a new high-rise of 145 square meters, really life is getting better and better, there are cars and houses and deposits, sesame blossoms are rising.
This year's Spring Festival reunion, the 90-year-old mother-in-law is healthy, the whole family is jubilant, four generations are in the same house, and the family portrait is taken. We have caught up with the new era of the great rejuvenation of the motherland, and we must never forget the changes of the times. The three generations of the motherland have made dedication and efforts in social construction, always followed the Communist Party, and lived happily for a long time.
