Psychologically speaking, from inferiority to transcendence, there is a "sub-personality integration process" in the middle. Today, I read Wu Zhihong's "Thank You for My Imperfections" and read about the concept of "sub-personality integration". I think this is a good illustration of the deeper meaning of self-reconciliation.
The purpose of the "Sub-Personality Integration Method" is to face the trauma ➡️ and reflect on the trauma ➡️ to make changes ➡️ and accept the self.
1⃣️ Face the sub-personality.
In Healing Your Inner Child, it is said that everyone has a wounded inner child in their hearts, and if you close it, you cannot release your true self.
"The Plastic Me" says that only by allowing emotions to flow positively can we establish a healthy relationship model.
"Talk to the Heart with Another Self" says that I am malleable, not broken.
Therefore, telling yourself that "I'm fine, it's okay" and suppressing and escaping from your own sub-personality are not clear choices.
You have to understand that the other side of the relationship is that there is a relationship, and the more you run away, the more ashamed you are, and the more you draw yourself into a prison. It is important to change your mindset, to learn to perceive the sub-personality, to listen and understand.
2⃣️ Reflect on the sub-personality.
Teacher Wu Zhihong said that most people who close themselves off from themselves and escape trauma have self-understanding and are completed by indulging in their own feelings.
Correct reflection on the sub-personality requires the use of more professional and authoritative tools to expand the cognitive pattern and multi-dimensional reflection and acceptance.
Reading psychology books, life philosophy books, classic novels, and conscious reflection from them is a very simple way. How to output reflections in reading, you can also look at my notes from previous issues.
3⃣️ Make a change.
Be sure to find your mission and have a sense of crisis.
Let's talk about a subtle change in my own cognition: I used to escape my own character flaws, when did I really face myself and reflect on myself in multiple dimensions? One is because of the improvement of social experience, and the other is because I have begun to feel a very strong fear of the crisis brought about by my own sub-personality.
I realized that I was clearly not lagging behind others in my ability, but I was always going downhill, and almost 5 years after graduation, I was still whirling around.
In the conflict of this crisis, I made changes, combined my abilities and personality, embarked on the path of words, insisted on reading, reflecting, writing, expressing, meeting more people of the same frequency, and slowly seeing more possibilities.
Teacher Wu Zhihong said that if we do not turn to the values and motivation in our hearts, and do not turn to the important voices in our lives, it is difficult to truly love ourselves.
And if you want to change yourself, the important thing is to find your mission goal in life, and the cognitive awakening lies in that crisis. Finding that crisis is the motivation to stimulate yourself to change.
4⃣️ Accept yourself.
Look forward to the future with a clear attitude.
We can't change our past, we can't erase the personality shadow of past experiences, but believing in our own plasticity will make us understand that touching the darkness of our hearts deeply, rather than escaping the darkness to pursue happiness or even a good image on the outside, is the way to healing. #Emotional Review Awards # #治愈 #
