My home, located in a small village about five kilometers away from the village dam in the depths of the mountain, now there are only thirteen families in the village, usually there are only eight left-behind elderly people living, the village is connected to the township dam, there is only one only walking "sheep gut trail" dirt road, this dirt road is also the main passage into and out of the village. Although the traffic is blocked, there is a clear creek at the mouth of the village, the creek is lined with relatively flat grain fields and mature soil, and the village is surrounded by mountains and water on three sides, which has a "paradise" scenery! For thousands of years, generations of people have lived here, living a quiet life of sunrise, sunset and self-sufficiency.

With the development of the times, in recent years, after the fifth day of the first lunar month, young people have successively left the village to work outside.

Usually, the left-behind elderly, each doing their best, in addition to planting some crops, vegetables, every household habitually feeds some native chickens, native ducks, native pigs...

However, since the fifteenth day of the 15th month of last year, the rural cement road from the village dam to the village was completed and opened to traffic, which broke the tranquility of the village, and, with the approaching of the Chinese New Year's Eve night of the New Year, from time to time there were mini-trucks carrying goods and honking horns into the village to sell: tables, benches, pots, bowls, salt, condiments, etc. This scream often causes chickens and dogs to bark... The peaceful village is no longer so "peaceful".

What is more worth saying is that the New Year has just arrived at the eighth day of the first lunar month, and their fifteen native chickens, twenty native ducks, 400 kilograms of bacon made by new year pigs, sausages and vegetables grown in the field have been swept away by them...

It turns out that "in the past, the mountains had immortal names, and today the mountains have roads." After the cement highway was opened to traffic, the great aunt and aunt who had not been seen for many years came to my house with a car from the county town on the second day of the Chinese New Year this year... After some cold noise, wishing each other a good New Year, after small talk, talking about returning to the county, insisting on leaving, staying and not paying attention... I also had to catch chickens, ducks, pick bacon, get some fields, and stuff my own vegetables into the trunk of their car...
