Just after the Spring Festival of the Year of the Tiger, many unmarried young people were urged to marry and love during the Spring Festival. Some netizens lamented that "every festive season is urged to marry".

A few days ago, the China Youth Daily Social Survey Center and the questionnaire network, a survey of 2021 unmarried youth showed that 68.2% of the unmarried young people surveyed had experienced "marriage hypnosis". 80.6% of the unmarried young people interviewed admitted that they were "urged" to increase the pressure of visiting relatives and friends during the Spring Festival. In the face of marriage hypnosis, 59.2% of the unmarried youth surveyed will divert the topic and attention, and 53.0% of the unmarried youth surveyed will agree with whatever the other party says.

Among the unmarried young people interviewed, 17.7% were post-00s, 39.8% were post-95s, 32.0% were post-90s, and 10.4% were post-85s. Men accounted for 40.6 per cent and women for 59.4 per cent.
