Whoever gathers a crowd or commits the crime mentioned in public in a public place, or has other heinous circumstances, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years.
Sun Wenjing, as the main offender, instigated juvenile delinquency, and committed serious insults to B in a public place, although she obtained forgiveness from B's family and surrendered herself and other lenient circumstances, but her behavior brought serious consequences, so the court finally punished her with a maximum punishment and sentenced her to 5 years in prison.
