China Youth Daily Client News (Correspondent Wang Li Yang Dongping China Youth Daily , China Youth Daily Reporter Hu Ning) On February 7, the Beijing Winter Olympics ushered in the third competition day, and there were snowboarding, ski jumping and other sports in the Chongli Division of Zhangjiakou. On the field, athletes from all over the world competed fiercely. Outside the arena, in front of the big screen of the Chongli Branch Command Center of the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical University, Ao Yingfang, president of the Chongli Branch of the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical University, and other members of the Winter Olympic medical expert group held their breath and watched every move at the scene.

"The Chongli Branch of the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical University, here is the Genting AB District, there are athletes injured, helicopter transfer has been started..." At 11:35 a.m. on February 7, the command center of the Chongli Branch of the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical University received an order from the 999 helicopter support team of the Zhangjiakou Division of the Beijing Red Cross Society.

Upon receiving the order, the Team of Medical Experts of the Winter Olympics responded quickly and immediately launched an emergency rescue plan.

The guardrail of the heli apron on the roof of the Trauma Center of the Chongli Branch of the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical College was opened for the first time, and the elevator attendants who went directly to the emergency room and the compound operating room were immediately in place; in the trauma center building, Yang Yuping, vice president and chief physician of the Department of Sports Medicine, and Shen Jianyu, director of the emergency department, as well as the emergency team of the operating room and the department of anesthesia, were quickly ready, waiting for the patient to be pushed into the rescue room.

With the roar of the helicopter, the helicopter carrying the injured landed smoothly on the tarmac on the roof of the trauma center, and the medical staff waiting for the shuttle at the tarmac quickly transferred the wounded with the crew. When the injured were taken to the rescue room, although there was no open trauma, they were unconscious, had difficulty breathing, and were in a critical condition.

Relying on the 5G+ smart medical hospital front emergency treatment command platform, the Winter Olympic medical expert group in the command center has a preliminary understanding of the injury through the vital signs indicators and image data transmitted by airborne medical equipment (ECG monitoring, mobile ultrasound) when the injured have not yet arrived at the hospital. As a business "veteran" in the field of emergency and emergency, Zheng Ya'an, vice president of the hospital, through the command system, instructed Yang Yuping and Shen Jianyu to "pay attention to the unimpeded airway" while improving the relevant examinations and examinations, and notified the composite CT/DSA operating room to be prepared.

Ao Yingfang led the expert group invited by the Third Hospital of Peking University, the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University, Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, Peking University People's Hospital, Peking University Stomatological Hospital, Tangshan Second Hospital, and the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University in the consultation hall of the command center to start the multi-injury consultation mechanism.

Soon, the diagnosis came out. The expert team gave a personalized treatment plan, and the injured were hospitalized for active treatment and then turned around.

For the rescue of the critically injured, time is life. From the injury report to the transfer of the snow field, to the emergency room of the Chongli Trauma Center for treatment, the whole process took less than 20 minutes. The medical staff of the hospital and the air rescue personnel of the 999 Emergency Center worked closely together to transfer the injured directly to the emergency room for treatment from the Genting Arena to the roof apron of the Chongli Campus within 5 minutes.

In just a few minutes, it is maximized by the medical team. The command center, the venue medical station, and the transfer helicopter realize real-time information sharing and visual monitoring.

As the first referral and treatment designated hospital for medical protection in Zhangjiakou Division, the Chongli Branch of the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical University undertakes the treatment of wounded and sick in the closed loop of Zhangjiakou Division. On the eve of the opening of the Winter Olympic Games, the Chongli Branch of the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical University cooperated with the Emergency Rescue Center of the Beijing Red Cross Society to explore the construction of an integrated system for pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency response, and improved the regional "air-ground integration" emergency rescue capability.

During the "Meet in Beijing" series of test matches, the helicopter first aid drills jointly conducted by the two sides reached four times, established a pre-hospital and in-hospital early warning linkage system and an intelligent information mobilization command platform, and built a Winter Olympic medical treatment system of "field - medical station - helicopter - designated hospital integration". Through these thorough preparations, it was possible to go from the arena to the tarmac in 5 minutes and from reporting injuries to receiving treatment in 20 minutes.
