Before the meeting, the detachment summarized the problems existing in the process of system entry and use of each unit, and combined with actual cases, through the simulation of entry operations, the entry procedures, methods, contents, scope and precautions in the national fire and police statistics system were explained one by one. At the same time, the relevant work requirements in the "Interim Regulations on the Application and Management of the National Fire and Police Statistical System" of the Ministry and Bureau and the "Heilongjiang Provincial Fire Rescue Corps Fire Alarm Data Statistical Work Mechanism" of the Headquarters are interpreted. After the training, the detachment put forward three work requirements: First, it is necessary to attach great importance to it. Fire and police information statistics are an important carrier for the fire rescue team to analyze and judge disaster risks and grasp the laws of accidents, and it is necessary to fully understand the role of statistical information in supporting and promoting the development of fire control work, and effectively enhance the awareness of responsibility and the overall situation. The second is to standardize entry. It is necessary to adhere to the principle of truthfulness and objectivity, collect relevant information in a timely and accurate manner, truthfully reflect the fire situation and the tasks of fire fighting and emergency rescue of the fire brigade, establish a correct work orientation, and better serve and promote the development of the fire brigade. Third, it is necessary to appoint people and posts. Each brigade should specify that a special person is responsible for the review of the statistical data and information of the fire alarm at the same level, and the responsibility is up to the person, and resolutely put an end to the occurrence of data underreporting, misreporting, and late reporting.
