In fact, I also had a period of insomnia in college, but somehow, the mentality at that time was very good, did not care at all, could not sleep on the up to read, do housework, so sleep soon became normal, as if people's psychological conditioning ability is related to age, and seems to be related to people's physique, in short, insomnia at that time is reduced sleep time, young physique is good, it seems to recover a little faster, I don't know if other insomnia people also have this feeling.

1. 2. The city where I am located is rainy, has not seen the sun for a long time, there are few opportunities to get along with people and deal with people, often alone, sensitive, heavy heart, easy to think about things, easy to worry, so once you can't fall asleep quickly, you will have worried emotions, negative emotions will come up, the heart rate will accelerate, feel like a heart attack, blood boiling, skin tightness, feel painful and uncomfortable.

3. Less outdoor activities, now people generally mental workers are greater than physical labor, use the brain more, the brain will be lack of oxygen, in fact, the qi and blood are not smooth caused, aggravating the burden on the heart, it will produce a feeling of hypertension, in fact, to the doctor willing to check what can not be checked, the student will give you an anti-anxiety to take, if the patient feels that he has no problem, he will refuse to take, so it will cause psychological resistance and increase the psychological burden.

4. Poor psychological endurance, everyone's psychological regulation ability is different, emotional management is good, may survive, emotional regulation is not good, may induce serious psychological diseases, so ah now people, especially insomnia friends, must learn psychology, look at more psychology books, such as living in the present, psychological self-control, acting psychology, etc., this is today's more popular psychology books, psychological growth is everyone's lifelong participation.
