Indian e-commerce logistics service provider XpressBees raised $300 million in Series F financing

On Feb. 9, XpressBees, an end-to-end logistics solutions provider focused on e-commerce, raised $300 million in Series F funding, valuing it at $1.2 billion. The round was led by existing XpressBees investors such as Blackstone Growth, TPG Growth and ChrysCapital, Investcorp and Norwest Venture Partners. XpressBees said it will use the new funding to become a full-service logistics company for product development and recruiting talent. Founded in 2015, Xpressbees is an end-to-end logistics service provider that has rapidly risen to become one of the largest express logistics companies in India, with a diversified network of more than 2,700 service centers serving 450 e-commerce customers.
