First, the newlywed should not conceive immediately

From the perspective of eugenics and eugenics, newlywed pregnancy does more harm than good. Before and after marriage, especially on the wedding night, both husband and wife are worried about the marriage, energy consumption is very large, at this time pregnancy, sperm and eggs are not in the best state, the baby's physique will be affected by the constitution of the expectant parents at this time.

Second, abortion and ectopic pregnancy should not be conceived within 3 months

Miscarriage can cause a woman's endometrium to be damaged to some degree, and to return to normal, there needs to be a process. Conception is usually not attempted until at least 3 months after a miscarriage. Women who have had an ectopic pregnancy experience, the fallopian tubes may not be completely unblocked, and it is very dangerous to get pregnant in a hurry shortly after the ectopic pregnancy is cured, and it is very likely that ectopic pregnancy will occur again. Clinically, after one ectopic pregnancy, the probability of repeating ectopic pregnancy is 15% to 30%; after two ectopic pregnancies, the probability of ectopic pregnancy rises to 32%. Therefore, women who have had ectopic pregnancies must adhere to contraception for a period of time, and after the doctor's examination, they think that everything is normal before they can consider pregnancy, so as not to trigger ectopic pregnancy again.

Third, X-ray irradiation should be delayed in conception

X-rays are very short-wavelength electromagnetic waves that are often used by medical institutions as a method of auxiliary examination. Excessive electromagnetic wave exposure can have adverse effects on the human body. It has been suggested that trace X-ray exposure can also have an impact on germ cells, prompting malformations or genetic mutations in the chromosomes of egg cells. In order to ensure the birth of a healthy and intelligent baby, it is best to delay conception for 4 weeks after X-ray irradiation, especially for women who have undergone abdominal fluoroscopy.

If x-rays must be done during pregnancy or during pregnancy, it is best to explain the situation to the doctor, ask them to take all necessary protective measures, and do radiation protection measures in the waist.

Fourth, it is not advisable to conceive during honeymoon travel

First of all, the newlyweds have frequent sex and the quality of sperm is not high. Secondly, honeymoon travel is tired all the way, which is not conducive to eugenics. Therefore, it is recommended to do a good job of contraception during honeymoon travel. There are two ways to use contraception during honeymoon travel: (1) wearing a condom and (2) taking short-acting contraceptives. It should be noted that if long-acting contraceptives are taken, they should be prepared to become pregnant after 6 months of discontinuation.

Fifth, it is not advisable to conceive after smoking and drinking

If you are planning to become pregnant, both husband and wife must quit smoking and alcohol. Pregnancy after drinking can cause the fetus to be stunted, unresponsive and intellectually impaired, and can also lead to the development of the fetal baby, which is harmful and has no benefit. Smoking second-hand smoke is also extremely harmful, so remind pregnant fathers not to smoke in front of pregnant mothers.

Those who have used an IUD should postpone conception

Women who use IUD contraception should not conceive immediately after the IUD is removed. IUDs are contraceptive by mechanical, chemical or biological means, sometimes causing infections or other abnormalities in the female reproductive system, while IUDs, although not affecting a woman's ovarian function, can lead to ectopic pregnancy. In people who have their IUD removed due to reproductive system infections, irregular bleeding, or ectopic pregnancies, the recovery of the uterine cavity environment often takes a long time, and it is best to undergo treatment and wait for menstruation to return to normal before becoming pregnant.

Seventh, anemia before pregnancy Do not rush to get pregnant

Pregnancy is like planting crops, seeds and land must be good. If you have anemia before pregnancy, it is like the soil where the crops are planted is not good, then it will definitely have an impact on the growth and development of the fetus, so you must adjust the anemia well before pregnancy. If you are diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia by a doctor when you check your blood routine, you should first take iron supplement drugs under the guidance of your doctor to correct the anemia as soon as possible. If after a period of treatment, the blood routine test is normal, iron supplementation can be obtained through diet.

1. Which foods are rich in iron?

Iron-rich foods mainly include the following: (3) Grapes, cherries, longan, kiwi fruit and other fruits, these fruits not only contain iron, but also rich in vitamin C, which can effectively promote the absorption of iron.

(1) Pig, cow, sheep, duck and other animal livers. The iron content per 100 g of animal liver is as high as 25 mg. Moreover, the iron contained in the liver of animals is basically heme iron, which is easily absorbed by the human body and can effectively prevent anemia.

(2) Shellfish, oysters, clams, mussels. The iron content per 100g of clams is about 14.2 mg.

(3) Pumpkin seeds. The iron content of pumpkin seeds is relatively high, and the iron content of pumpkin seeds per 100g is about 15mg. Eating some pumpkin seeds properly every day can help improve dizziness and anemia. In addition, in clinical application, it can be seen that the consumption of pumpkin seeds to treat postpartum milk deficiency is 5 to 6 yuan: each time with raw pumpkin seeds 5 to 6 yuan, shelled to take the kernels, wrapped in gauze, pounded into a puree, add boiled water to an appropriate amount of kimono (can also add a little soybean oil or sugar stirring), morning and evening on an empty stomach each 1 time. Generally, it can be taken for 3 to 5 days to see results. Note: If the melon seeds are fried and eaten hot or boiled porridge, it is not effective.

(4) Soybeans, black beans and other soy products. The iron content per 100g of soy products is about 12mg.

(5) Spinach. The red part of the root in spinach is rich in iron. The iron content per 100g of spinach is about 3.2mg. In addition, vegetables with high iron content include amaranth, celery, Cabbage, cabbage, beans, seaweed, kelp, black fungus, mushrooms, etc., but the iron absorption rate contained in these vegetables is very low, about 1%, far less than the absorption rate of iron in animal blood, liver, lean meat and other foods is about 20%.

(6) Red meat. The iron content per 100 grams of red meat is about 2.7 mg.

2. Is the blood replenishment effect of red dates good or not?

It is often heard that the red date tonifies blood is actually problematic. According to the relevant literature, the iron content per 100g of dates is about 2 to 3 mg, which shows that the iron content in dates is not high. Iron deficiency anemia in the human body is mainly the loss of heme iron, that is, divalent iron ions, but the iron in red dates is mainly trivalent iron ions, and the absorption rate is low. Therefore, the statement about red dates to replenish blood is not correct. Therefore, if you use diet iron supplementation, it is recommended to eat more red meat, animal blood, etc., and eat pork liver 1 to 2 times a week, so that iron supplementation is better than simply eating red dates.

3. What is red meat?

Red meat is a nutritional term that refers to meat that appears red before cooking, such as pork, beef, lamb, venison, rabbit, and so on. All mammalian muscles, internal organs and their products are red meat. Red meat is high in saturated fat.

The meat of poultry and aquatic animals is called white meat. In other words, the meat of non-mammals such as birds (chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, etc.), fish, reptiles, amphibians, crustaceans (shrimps and crabs, etc.) or bivalves (oysters, clams, etc.) is not red meat (can be counted as white meat).

VIII. About the preparation of pregnant women with diabetes

In addition to controlling blood sugar to the normal range, it is also necessary to exclude diabetic complications such as high blood pressure, which can easily be aggravated after pregnancy. In addition, the medication should be adjusted. First of all, under the guidance of a doctor, 1 to 3 months in advance, the oral hypoglycemic drug (which can cause fetal malformations) is replaced by insulin, and the insulin does not pass through the placenta, and there is no need to worry about the adverse effects of the drug on the fetal baby. Second, stop using hypolipidemic and hypotensive drugs, which may lead to miscarriage and deformity of the fetus.

9. About the preparation of pregnancy for female patients with hepatitis B

Pregnant mothers suffering from acute hepatitis B can be cured within a few months after appropriate treatment and reasonable maintenance. Rest for a while, and when the physical strength is fully recovered, you can get pregnant. Pregnant mothers with chronic hepatitis B should first find out the severity of their condition and consult a doctor before deciding whether to become pregnant. If the pregnant mother belongs to the virus carrier, the liver function is always normal for long-term follow-up examination, and the B ultrasound examination does not indicate cirrhosis, and pregnancy can be considered.

If hepatitis B inflammation is in the active stage, check for abnormal liver function, conscious fatigue, lack of appetite, bloating, etc., then conception should be avoided. If you get pregnant at this stage, it will increase the burden on the body, but it will easily lead to severe hepatitis, endanger the life of the expectant mother, and it is not good for the growth and development of the fetus. If the mother is a hepatitis B "big three yang", the baby should inject 1 high-efficiency hepatitis B immunoglobulin within 24 hours after birth to prevent vertical infection of hepatitis B than virus (mother-to-child transmission), which is conducive to the healthy birth of the fetus.
