By laying out the Hengzhou Industrial Park Cluster well, guangxi's economic and social development in the next few decades will be alive.
A few years ago, Huang Haitao, secretary of the Hengzhou Municipal Party Committee, and Liang Feng, mayor of Hengzhou, proposed at the "Guangxi Two Sessions" and the "Nanning Two Sessions" respectively:
* Incorporate the Nanning Eastern Industrial New City to the Hengzhou Eastern (High-speed Rail) Industrial Park and the River Basin into the Pinglu Canal Economic Belt for overall planning, and lay out the port industry and major projects;
* The eastern (high-speed rail) production park in Hengzhou will be included in the major projects promoted by the autonomous region;
* Build Hengzhou City into an important node of Guangxi's "East Rong, Southbound" channel, and build the new western land and sea corridor into an economic artery connecting the north and south, connecting the land and sea, and coordinating along the line.
Why is the layout of the Hengzhou industrial cluster so important and urgent for the development of Guangxi?
1. Hengzhou City, located in the middle of liuqin (north) and southern jade (wu) Guangxi two population, economic distribution, development vertical, horizontal two axes, with Hengzhou high-speed rail station as the center, within a half-longitude of more than 160 kilometers, its population accounts for 67% of the whole Guangxi, its total GDP accounts for 73% of the whole Of Guangxi, is guangxi Dongrong, southbound important node and transportation, industrial hub.
2. Hengzhou City has a complete layout of the traffic road network: South-Shenzhen High-speed Railway, Guibei Intercity (to be built), Xianggui Railway, Liqin Railway; Liunan Expressway + Liuqin Expressway, Luqin Expressway, Guangkun Expressway, Nanyuzhu Expressway; Yujiang Golden Waterway; Pinglu Canal (to be built); and the planned airport.
3. Dongrong of The Three Cities of Nanchong, Guiliulai to the South, Qinbei Fangsan To the North and Dongrong, Guiyuwu West and Xianghai, through the Hengzhou City node are the most direct and fastest paths.
4. Nanning's economic structure with real estate and other tertiary industries as the main body cannot support the strong capital strategy, and the implementation of the three years has yielded little, especially in the second lowest growth rate in Guangxi cities this year, and has realized and started to develop a large manufacturing cluster to the east to provide important support for the urgency of the strong capital strategy!
5. As the central hinterland, the layout of core industrial clusters in Hengzhou is a strategic fulcrum for the Xijiang Economic Belt and the Beibu Gulf Economic Circle to connect upstream and downstream industries, and will have a significant impact on the economic and social development of Guangxi in the next few decades.
