In the field of photovoltaic materials, with 95GW monocrystalline silicon rods, 23GW silicon wafers, 10GW monocrystalline cell production capacity, single crystal rods and slice production scale in the country is at the leading level in the country; in the field of sapphire materials, an annual output of 5500 tons of sapphire crystals and 9.6 million pieces of 4-inch sapphire substrate production capacity has been formed, and the country's largest industrial sapphire production base has begun to take shape; in the field of semiconductor materials, it has formed a small-size semiconductor silicon wafer of 6.7 million pieces, integrated circuit large silicon wafer production capacity of 7.8 million pieces, monocrystalline, silicon parts, In the field of graphite and graphene materials, graphene ternary cathode materials and conductive pastes and lithium-ion power batteries form an upstream and downstream linkage of the industrial chain, and the industrialization projects of high-purity graphite and graphene series of China Steel and Ink Technology are being intensively built, and the industrial cluster effect has begun to appear.
This year, Yinchuan City will lay out and implement a number of major industrial chain supporting projects such as Baofeng's annual output of 100GWh battery and energy storage container system demonstration, Xinjingsheng 3500 tons of industrial sapphire crystal manufacturing and processing, Chuangsheng 400,000 pieces of 4-inch or more third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide, crystal ring 12 million sapphire wafer cutting and polishing and polishing, etc., and it is expected that the output value of the new material industry will reach 33 billion yuan by the end of this year.
