On the morning of February 10, the "Four High-tech" Acceleration Year and Key Project Construction Mobilization Conference of Xi'an High-tech Zone released the "Xi'an High-tech Zone 2022 "Four High-tech" Key Project Plan". In 2022, Xi'an High-tech Zone plans a total of 537 "four high-tech" key projects, with a total investment of 1,244 billion yuan.
According to the Plan, Xi'an High-tech Zone has classified 537 key projects according to "high-tech strength, high-tech innovation, high-tech quality, and high-tech happiness". Including, there are 163 "strength high-tech" projects, 19 "science and technology innovation high-tech" projects, 265 "quality high-tech" projects, and 90 "happiness high-tech" projects. Empower with high-quality projects to accelerate the construction of the "four high-tech".

Industrial projects in "high-tech strength" projects are still the highlight. Including the current "55611" industrial system in Xi'an High-tech Zone, the electronic information industry, the automobile industry, the intelligent manufacturing industry, the innovative biomedical industry, the new energy and new materials industry, the strategic emerging industry, etc.
Of the 163 "strength high-tech" projects, 102 are under construction with a total investment of 189.6 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 64 billion yuan; 21 are pre-existing projects with a total investment of 208 billion yuan; and 40 are reserve projects with a total investment of 226.3 billion yuan. Electronic information industry: Samsung Phase II Phase II, Yiswei Silicon Industry Base, BYD Intelligent Terminal Industrial Park, Micron Sealing Measurement and Expansion, Nova Optoelectronics and other projects.

The 19 "science and technology innovation high-tech" projects mainly include: Qin Chuangyuan science and technology transformation platform, photonic industry project and large scientific device project. Among them, there are 14 projects under construction with a total investment of 21.8 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 5.9 billion yuan; 5 projects in the early stage with a total investment of 3.8 billion yuan.
Qin Chuangyuan Science and Technology Transformation Platform: Mainly including the Northwest Nonferrous Advanced Rare Metal Materials Technology Innovation Center, Qin Chuangyuan Integrated Circuit Industry Accelerator, Yi Siwei Integrated Circuit Industry Base, Aerospace Power Innovation Center and other projects.
Photonic industry: mainly including Tang Jing quantum, advanced photonic chip flexible manufacturing platform project, pilot academy south area, femtosecond laser precision intelligent equipment technology research and development industrialization and other projects.
Big science device: mainly including the Institute of Geo-Rings of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, high-precision ground-based timing center, atsecond light source and other projects.

The "high-tech quality" projects, which are mainly urban construction infrastructure projects and industry-city integration projects, account for the highest proportion of the "four high-tech" projects, as many as 265. Among them, there are 239 projects under construction with a total investment of 406.6 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 73 billion yuan; 19 pre-construction projects with a total investment of 33.9 billion yuan; and 7 reserve projects with a total investment of 17.2 billion yuan.
These key projects in the fields of rail transit, highway and road rapid transformation, bridge construction, landscaping and park squares, water conservancy environment and solid waste treatment, headquarters and commercial development will greatly enhance the urban quality and image of Xi'an High-tech Zone.
Urban construction infrastructure: mainly including high-tech to Enyi high-speed composite channel project, high-tech zone tram test line, metro line 6 small hub, Fengyi Bridge and other projects.
Industry-city integration category: mainly including the future pupil and pupil series of buildings, greenland and silk road global trade port project, international cultural communication center project, Andaz hotel, global Qinshang International Headquarters Center, Yong'an Canal commercial complex and commercial block, Silk Road Chuangzhi Valley and other projects.

The project mainly includes: 39 resettlement houses and resettlement commercial housing, 11 talent guarantee housing, high-tech no. 1 middle school, three primary reform and expansion projects, Xi'an First Hospital relocation and high-tech zone public health center, high-tech zone community health service center, Xi'an Tuspark Children's Hospital and other projects.
