In the snow-covered Qinling Mountains, the temperature has dropped to minus 10 degrees, the roads are completely covered with snow, the road conditions are unclear and the mobile phone signal is very unstable, and it is impossible to accurately locate the location of the injured people, which brings great inconvenience to the search and rescue work.
