Announcement of Compensation and Resettlement of Expropriated Land

1． Land compensation fee: 312,000 yuan per hectare.
2． Resettlement subsidy fee: 468,000 yuan per hectare.
3． Bibs compensation fee: According to the actual survey situation, compensation will be based on 39,000 to 195,000 yuan per hectare.
(2) The compensation standard for expropriation of other agricultural land is 795,000 yuan per hectare (including 15,000 yuan per hectare for green shoots and aboveground attachments).
The total compensation for land acquisition was 3,334,011 yuan.
Puning Mental Health Hospital
It is understood that the construction project of Puning Mental Health Hospital is located in the Rehabilitation Hospital of Ganshijing City, Dachi Farm, Puning City. The project plans a total investment of 67.995 million yuan, covers an area of about 90 acres, with a total construction area of about 25,000 square meters, and sets up 500 psychiatric beds; mainly builds 2 5-storey inpatient buildings with a construction area of 20,000 square meters, an 8-storey comprehensive building with a construction area of 5,000 square meters; supporting patient activity space of 2,500 square meters, a parking area of 1,500 square meters, gate walls and greening projects and other supporting facilities.

(3) Compensation fee for young seedlings: 37,500 yuan per hectare.
The total compensation for land acquisition was 1,628,205 yuan.
