With the rapid development of 5G communication technology and the vigorous rise of the intelligent networked vehicle industry, the Internet of Vehicles is ushering in unprecedented development opportunities. As a key device connecting the in-vehicle network and the external communication network, the high-performance and high-reliability 5G vehicle gateway is an important cornerstone for various applications of the Internet of Vehicles.

The SV900 series products launched by our company are an Internet of Things wireless router that integrates 5G network, virtual private network and other technologies. It makes full use of the many technical advantages of 5G to provide a high-speed and stable data transmission channel for intelligent networked vehicles.

Secondly, the SV900 uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon X55 5G modem, which is capable of delivering a download rate of up to 7.5Gbps and an upload rate of 3Gbps. The ultra-large bandwidth can easily meet the transmission requirements of various data-intensive services such as in-vehicle video surveillance, multimedia entertainment, map navigation, and OTA upgrades.

In addition, 5G also brings significantly lower air interface latency. The SV900 relies on the uRLLC capability of 5G to achieve end-to-end latency of as low as 1 ms. Ultra-low latency is of great significance for key applications that require high reliability and real-time performance, such as autonomous driving and vehicle-road collaboration.

At the same time, the SV900 also integrates 5G network slicing function. Operators can provide customized virtual private networks based on the differentiated requirements of the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) to flexibly allocate and manage network resources such as bandwidth, latency, and security, and meet the service quality requirements of different types of services.

In terms of security, SV900 supports a variety of VPN protocols such as IPSec, OpenVPN, etc., and has a built-in firewall function, which can effectively prevent network attacks and ensure the security of in-vehicle data and privacy. At the same time, it adopts an aviation-grade aluminum alloy shell, IP40 protection level, and its reliability meets the automotive-grade standard.

Rich interfaces are also a major feature of the SV900. The device provides 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 8 SMA antenna interfaces, 2 SIM card slots, 1 RS232 serial port, etc., supports CAN bus and GNSS access, and can flexibly connect a variety of devices and sensors in the car. The dual-channel DC 9-48V wide voltage power supply can be directly connected to the on-board power supply, simplifying wiring and installation.
