The "three vehicles" are two- and three-wheeled electric bicycles, "non-standard" electric vehicles (including electric old-age scooters), and two-wheeled motorcycles. The data shows that since January 1, 2023, 54.81% of traffic accidents in Guanshanhu District involve "three vehicles", and the traffic management department has investigated and dealt with 47,036 cases of various "three vehicles" violations (including 2,493 vehicles), which are mainly caused by violations of traffic lights, failure to drive on the right side of the road, and driving in the wrong direction.
