On the evening of January 14, the Guangdong Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention issued an important reminder that since Shanghai and Hangzhou reported local cases of new crown pneumonia, please pay attention to the following personnel -

1. Guangdong personnel with a history of living in Jing'an District, Putuo District and Baoshan District of Shanghai (since January 4, 2022), Pudong New Area (since December 20, 2021), Yangpu District (since December 29, 2021), and Fengxian District (since December 30, 2021) should immediately report to their communities to cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control measures.

2. Personnel who come to (return) to Guangdong with a history of living in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province (since January 9) take the initiative to conduct a nucleic acid test and do a good job of self-health monitoring for 14 days; those who intersect and overlap with the activity trajectory of the reported cases immediately report to the community where they are located, and cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control measures.

In addition, if you have been from outside the province (returning) to Guangdong in the past 14 days, for the health of you and your family, we advocate that you take the initiative to conduct a nucleic acid test and do a good job of self-health monitoring for 14 days.

Everyone is the first person responsible for their own health, please actively cooperate with local health screening, health code inspection and other epidemic prevention and control measures. If you deliberately conceal your itinerary, refuse to accept nucleic acid testing, or do not cooperate with prevention and control, you will be held responsible in accordance with law.

Shanghai has reported 2 locally confirmed cases and 3 local asymptomatic infected people

According to the shanghai municipal health commission, at 0-24:00 on January 13, 2022, there were 2 new confirmed cases of local new coronary pneumonia in Shanghai, and 3 new cases of asymptomatic local new crown pneumonia infection.

The official notification is as follows:

(1) Case 1, female, 18 years old, case 2, male, 17 years old, are all close contacts of an imported asymptomatic infected person from abroad reported on 11 January, that is, isolated and controlled. During the isolation and control period, the results of the nucleic acid test of the new coronavirus were abnormal, and the results were positive after the review of the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention. After consultation with municipal experts, comprehensive epidemiological history, clinical symptoms, laboratory tests and imaging test results, the diagnosis was confirmed as a confirmed case.

At present, 134 close contacts of these 2 cases in the city have been traced, and all of them have been implemented for centralized isolation and observation. The site where the case was active has been terminally disinfected.

(2) Asymptomatic infected person 1, female, 22 years old, is a close contact of an imported asymptomatic infected person from abroad reported on January 11, that is, isolated and controlled; asymptomatic infected person 2, female, 20 years old, lives with an asymptomatic infected person 1, is a sisterhood, that is, isolated and controlled; asymptomatic infected person 3, female, 26 years old, is a close contact of an imported asymptomatic infected person from abroad reported on January 11, that is, isolated and controlled. Three asymptomatic infected patients routinely had abnormal nucleic acid test results for the new coronavirus during the isolation and control period, and the results were positive after review by the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention. After consultation with municipal experts, comprehensive epidemiological history, clinical symptoms, laboratory tests and imaging test results, etc., the diagnosis of asymptomatic infected persons.

At present, 170 close contacts of these 3 asymptomatic infected people in the city have been traced, and all of them have been implemented for centralized isolation and observation. Places where asymptomatic infected people have been active have been terminally disinfected.

Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, reported one local case of COVID-19

According to the notification of the Hangzhou Municipal New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters, at 23:49 on January 13, Hangzhou found a positive case of personnel during the routine nucleic acid testing of key personnel.

Case Wang Mou, female, nurse of the inpatient department of the Oncology Department of Xixi Hospital, currently residing in Xixi Yayuan Community, Wuchang Street, Yuhang District, with a negative routine nucleic acid test result on January 11 and a positive routine nucleic acid test result on January 13.

The official notification of the case's activity trajectory is as follows:

On January 9, at 6:50 a.m., I walked to work, went to work after buying breakfast at the entrance of Xixi Yayuan Community, walked to work at 17:00, and shopped at Ding Xueshan Hangzhou Marinated Meat Tianmushan Road Store in the community at 18:40, and did not go out after returning home.

On January 10, I was at home all day, except for receiving takeaways at 12:10 and 15:00, and had no contact with others.

On January 11, at 6:50 a.m., he walked to work, went to the sampling room of the employees of the unit at 13:30 to collect nasopharyngeal swabs, and then went to work and rested in the unit until January 12.

On January 12, I left work on foot at 10:00, bought vegetables at the vegetable and fruit supermarket in Xixi Yayuan Community at 10:13, bought sugarcane at the fruit shop in the orchard in the community at 10:15, and then walked home without going out.

On January 13, at 6:50 a.m., I walked to work, at 13:30, I went to the staff sampling room with my colleagues to collect nasopharyngeal swabs, and I received a call from the hospital at about 21:00, mixed positive, resampled and tested, and the nucleic acid test results were initially positive, and then the single room was isolated so far.
