I did a nucleic acid test with my family yesterday morning, and today my family's health treasure nucleic acid test results have been refreshed, why hasn't my changed?
The time of the display of the health treasure is subject to the time when the testing institution produces the test results.
When you open the health treasure for the first time every day, you will be checked for the latest nucleic acid test record, and you can also manually refresh it by clicking the small button after the number of days on the health page (at the red box in Figure 1) to get the latest test results.

The refresh function sets the interval, that is, the small icon will turn gray after clicking the refresh button once, and it will take 15 minutes to click refresh again.
If there is any doubt about the test record or time, the public can contact the nucleic acid testing agency to confirm.

Why does the query time I use the health treasure scan code to match the time in the "Nucleic Acid Vaccine Service Inquiry"?
The relevant time in the lower part of the page displayed by the public using the health treasure scan code or using the "My Health Code Self-Inquiry" function (in the red box of Figure 2) refers to the query time of your health code and the expiration time of the health code status, which has nothing to do with the nucleic acid detection time.
In Figure 3, the nucleic acid detection time displayed using the "Nucleic Acid Vaccine Service Query" function is the time when the nucleic acid testing institution produces the test results, and it is also the basis for calculating the number of nucleic acid testing days.

The [nucleic acid detection time] displayed on the health treasure refers to the time when the testing institution produces the test results, not the time when the nucleic acid test is sampled at the scene.
If the sampling time is the afternoon of May 3, and the testing agency produces the test results after 00:00 on May 4, then the nucleic acid testing time displayed by The health treasure before 24:00 on May 4 is 0 days, the nucleic acid testing time displayed on May 5 is 1 day, the nucleic acid testing time displayed on May 6 is 2 days, and so on.
For places that need to verify the 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate, where the number of nucleic acid test days displayed by the health treasure is 0, 1 or 2 days, it means that the test results meet the 48-hour requirement.
What needs to be noted in particular is that in order to facilitate the relevant staff to verify whether the health code, nucleic acid certificate, etc. comply with the current city's epidemic prevention policy, the health treasure will display key elements such as nucleic acid testing time more prominently.
