The risk of home isolation is manifested in two aspects: one is that it is possible to continue to spread the epidemic, and the other is that if the progression of the asymptomatic infected person cannot be detected in time, it may miss the best treatment period, and may develop into a serious illness, and even pose a threat to life.
The centralized isolation has three advantages: First, all asymptomatic and mild cases observed in centralized isolation are infected people, and there will be no problem of cross-transmission and spread. Second, asymptomatic and mildly ill infected people can receive treatment from traditional Chinese medicine during the centralized isolation period to prevent them from evolving into severe or critical illness. Third, the patients under centralized isolation and observation have a trend of developing to severe diseases, and can be found in time and referred in time.
