At the beginning of March, when the epidemic prevention and control work was still cold and the situation of epidemic prevention and control was grim, as a doctor, I did not hesitate to submit a letter of request to the hospital to support the frontline to contribute to the epidemic relief work in my hometown. According to the work arrangement, I went to Jilin Provincial People's Hospital with Cui Yabin, a doctor at the Encephalopathy Center, to participate in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
I am mainly responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with high risk factors and children. After entering the ward every day, I will conduct detailed consultation, physical examination, tongue and pulse incision of patients, according to the national "Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (Trial Ninth Edition)" and "Changchun University of Chinese Medicine Cold and Wet Disease (Omilon Infection) Prevention and Control Plan (Sixth Edition)", starting from the overall concept, dialectical treatment, not only attach importance to dispelling evil out of the house, but also do not forget to help healthy qi, both to treat new crown pneumonia, but also for the treatment of basic diseases. At the same time, we also compiled pictures and texts of medical records for the discussion of the disease, and also distributed Chinese medicine sachets with aromatic wet anti-epidemic effects to children with oral Chinese medicine difficulties to promote the healing of the disease.
Every night from 7:00 to 8:30, we will summarize the day's work through online meetings and share our anti-epidemic experience. The national expert group also explained the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis, latent medication, and cough causes and treatment methods of new crown pneumonia, so that we can carry out the treatment work more smoothly.
I also use the rest time to answer questions for repeat patients online, soothe their anxious emotions, and face the warm care and sincere thanks sent by patients, I feel that all the efforts are worth it.
Every time I called home, my in-laws said that there were enough vegetables and fruits at home and that there was no shortage of anything, but I knew that the two elderly people only said this to reassure me to work in front of me. It was with the support of my family that I was able to go to the front lines and fulfill the duties of a doctor and protect the health of my patients. "Do your best to treat patients under the premise of good protection", this is what I promised the leaders before I left, and now I have done it.
After the epidemic, I will bring these valuable anti-epidemic experiences and life insights to continue to forge ahead. Spring flowers have bloomed, and the haze will surely dissipate!
