Strive to get out of the cabin as soon as possible and return to work.

After the outbreak of the epidemic in Shanghai, I have been working except for the two days when my neighborhood was sealed at the end of March. Later, I can go out with my work PERMIT.
I am a nurse in the emergency department of Shibei Hospital in Jing'an District, Shanghai. At that time, our hospital would still receive patients one after another. I'm in charge of our emergency room, and I do some patient admissions.
Although it was a good shift at that time to "do five breaks and two days", but because of the shortage of manpower, such as colleagues were temporarily pulled out for sampling, and the late square cabin was opened one after another, when there were colleagues to support, I had to go directly to the top. After the outbreak of the epidemic, except for half an hour to eat in the middle, basically they are busy.
I came home from work on April 2, and in the early morning of April 3, I suddenly had a fever. I felt that I might have been recruited, so I quickly sorted out my clothes and other belongings, and first went to the fever clinic of my own hospital. Then, I was isolated for about 4 days in a fever clinic and was transferred to the Huangshan Road Cabin Hospital in Jing'an District on the evening of April 7. Honestly, because I commuted to work every day before, I don't know exactly how I was infected.
This cabin hospital happens to be supported by our North City Hospital. I didn't know at the time that my immediate head nurse, Chief Nurse Zhang Jinmin, was the captain and the secretary of the provisional party branch here. But she knew I was being sent in.
The next morning at about 5 o'clock, she came to see me after she had finished her preparations in the cabin. Seeing that I was still sleeping, she didn't say much and let me rest.
Although her whole body was wrapped in great white, as soon as I heard this familiar voice, I recognized her at once. "Chief Nurse, I was originally your soldier, please give me a task!" At the time, I hoped to be able to help. But because I had just had a fever that didn't last long, the head nurse also felt sorry for me, so he let me rest for two days.
This cabin environment is quite good, it is a nursing home that has not yet been opened, and the facilities are quite new. There are 10 floors, and the 3rd to 10th floors are for patients. Each floor has about a dozen rooms, 3-5 patients, male and female separate, but can also live together as a family. Each room has its own toilet.
It was almost saturated when I came, and there are currently more than 400 people living there.

Life in the square cabin is actually quite simple, and I wake up naturally at seven or eight o'clock every day. Then the paramedics are on a 12-hour shift. At eight or nine o'clock in the morning, they would tour the ward to see what supplies everyone needed, and then they would take our temperature.
If nucleic acids were to be made on this day, they would go to everyone's room to scan the nucleic acid codes and type out the nucleic acids the day before dinner, so that the nucleic acid samples could be taken faster the next day.
They work 3-5 people during the day and 3 people in the evening. Although the content of the work is not too complicated, after all, it is difficult to manage more than 400 people, but it is still as satisfying as possible to all patients.
For example, medical staff will let every patient here add a WeChat work group, if the patient needs something, directly in the group can tell them. Every day the patient sends a message at night, and the person who works the morning shift will go through all the messages and record the needs. Every day, at about one or two o'clock in the afternoon, all the things that patients need are distributed.
So, after I was a little better, I went to the head nurse and asked her to arrange some work for me. The head nurse couldn't help me, so she agreed.

When taking the temperature, I will help them record it, help them paste a tube when collecting nucleic acid, and help them distribute supplies together. However, meals like three meals a day are distributed by medical staff.
In addition to me, in fact, many patients are willing to join the volunteer, and everyone is quite enthusiastic. But because considering that now the nucleic acid is two times negative can be out of the cabin, if the patient already has a yin, we still do not recommend him to volunteer, after all, to shuttle in many wards, do not want to let him infect again, disrupt the rhythm of the cabin.

There are a lot of young people here, many of whom are migrant workers. Young people always do not like to be bound, and after entering the cabin, they are in a fully enclosed state, and can only stay in the room.
"Are you mistaken?" I'm in such good health. How can you get this disease? "There was a young man in his 20s who yelled at the staff because he could not accept that he was a positive result of nucleic acid.
There are emotions that can be understood, they sometimes see medical staff wearing big white, in fact, they are still nervous inside. But seeing me next to a guy in his own clothes would relax a little. I can enlighten them as patients.
"If it comes, it will be safe." This infection is not serious symptoms, don't worry, actively cooperate with medical staff for treatment, as long as the nucleic acid turns negative, you can strive to lift the isolation as soon as possible. Later, the young man's mood gradually stabilized, and he apologized to the medical staff who were yelled at by him.
There is also an uncle I was very impressed. When I was working with medical staff, my uncle said to me, "Little girl, you should also wear a protective suit, don't protect yourself because you are positive." At the time, I was really impressed. Most people here are kind and don't forget to care for others when they are sick.

I'm generally okay now, but I still have a cough. We do nucleic acids almost every two days, and I've done them three or four times since I entered the cabin, but my results have always been yang.
There must be some worries, I feel that it has been so long, how has not turned (yin), especially since April 14, some people have been recovering out of the cabin one after another.
I was in a hurry. The more important reason is that the work in the hospital is still quite heavy, and the ward I am in charge of is now working by many new people. They don't have much experience with wards. I have been working in the ward myself for 10 years, so I am more worried that they will not be so familiar with some of the doctor's medical orders and some nursing operations.
The biggest worry was a patient I had cared for for three or four years. He usually needs to use a ventilator every day, sucking phlegm every hour and turning over every two hours. Some of the tubes on his body have to be changed once a month or so.
I have taken special care of the people in the current ward, and I have also taken care of my senior colleagues in the department. I believe that the problem is not big, but I am still a little worried, after all, I have been taking care of him for a long time. His family was also worried when they learned that I had gone to the cabin to take care of me.

As for myself, first of all, I calmed my mind, I was vaccinated in the whole process, and it will always turn yin in fourteen or five days. In addition, although there is no direct treatment of drugs, it is insisted on taking some antiviral drugs distributed on time and on time. In addition, I think it is easy to get tired with this disease, so I still have to rest more.
Now, my husband is quarantined as a close hotel in Ningbo. He is about to finish his term and go home, and I must also actively cooperate with the treatment and strive to get out of the cabin as soon as possible and return to work.
