Fu Guoguang (March 1916 – Autumn 1943) was a native of Baizhizhan Village, Yanshan County, Hebei Province. After the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japan, he abandoned his studies and returned to his hometown to join the revolution, and soon joined the Communist Party of China. He successively served as the chief of the cultural and educational section of the Anti-Japanese Government of Yanshan County, the director of the Propaganda Department of the Jilubian General Motion Committee, the director of the Publishing Department of the General Association of Culture and Rescue, the president and editor-in-chief of the "Beacon" newspaper, and the president of the "Jilu Daily". During the arduous years of the War of Resistance Against Japan, he studied diligently, worked hard to strengthen theoretical cultivation and tempering party spirit, and wrote a diary of more than 100,000 words in a harsh environment. He worked diligently for the party and contributed to the propaganda and education of the anti-Japanese struggle in Jilubian. In the autumn of 1943, he lived in Xiaowei Village, Qingyun County. One day at dawn, the enemy's sweeping team suddenly surrounded the village. He did not have time to transfer and was arrested and taken to Liying Village. The enemy tied him to a large tree and tortured him. He was unyielding and sacrificed heroically.

Tong Shiming (1912-1943) was a native of Shangcheng, Henan. In 1930, he joined the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army and joined the Communist Party of China. He successively served as company instructor, battalion commander, regimental chief of staff and other positions. Later, he joined the army in the Long March. After the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression in 1937, he went to work in the New Fourth Army. In 1941, he was appointed deputy regimental commander of the 22nd Regiment of the Eighth Brigade of the Third Division of the New Fourth Army. On March 16, 1943, the main force of the Third Division counterattacked the Japanese army's "sweep", and the 22nd Regiment led by the 22nd Regiment annihilated more than 100 Japanese troops at the Yellow Camp in Liandong County. On the 18th, more than 600 Japanese puppet troops searched for the new four military battles along the old Yellow River embankment. On the morning of the 19th, the command post department engaged the Japanese army at The Danjia Port in Funing, killing more than 340 enemy soldiers. On the afternoon of the same day, seeing that the enemy's large reinforcements had arrived, he immediately gave a decisive order to withdraw from the battle. While directing the troops to retreat, he was shot in the head and killed. He was 31 years old.

Zeng Haiting (1914-1943), a native of Ruijin, Jiangxi. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1930. He was Chairman of the Commune Soviet Government. In 1933, he joined the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, and later accompanied the army on the Long March to northern Shaanxi. At the beginning of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression in 1937, he served as an instructor, instructor, and director of the Political Department in the Second Regiment of the Independent First Division of the Jin-Cha-Ji Military Region. Later, he was transferred to the political commissar of the cavalry regiment of the third sub-district of the Jin-Cha-Ji Military Region. In ordinary battles, with a short gun and a sabre, he always charges forward and retreats in the rear, and is good at doing ideological work, so he is deeply loved by cadres and fighters. In May 1943, the cavalry regiment fought a fierce battle with the Japanese puppet army at Baihua Mountain in Tang County, Hebei Province, and led the team to bravely charge and kill, and died heroically. He was 29 years old.

Ma Yinnan (1912 – October 1944), also known as Ma Zongzhou ,also known as Chengwu , pseudonym Cui Lin and Li Shan , was born in Madianzi Village, Yutian County, Hebei Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1928 and became the secretary general of the Hebei Special Committee of the Communist Party of China in the spring of 1943. On October 17, 1944, the Jirebian Special Committee was attacked by more than 3,000 people of the Independent Eighth Brigade of the Japanese Army in Yangjiapu, Fengrun County. During the battle, in order to enable hundreds of comrades to break through, Ma Yinnan and the leaders of the special committee jointly commanded the breakthrough battle and covered the transfer of comrades. During the battle, Ma Yinnan was seriously wounded and still stubbornly insisted on fighting, but in the end, due to his serious injuries, he failed to break through the siege and was martyred at the age of 33.

Wang Kekou (1915.12.1 – 1944.05.26), formerly known as Wang Rulian, later known as Wang Luqing, Wang Ruqing, was a native of Dongtun Village (now part of Yucheng City) in Yucheng County, Shandong. He joined the Communist Party of China in April 1936. In the winter of 1937, he was appointed secretary of the Yucheng County Cpc Committee of Shandong Province. In 1938, he was appointed deputy political commissar and director of the political department of the Jilubian Detachment, and later changed to the political commissar of the three major teams in Lunan. In 1939, the Luxi District Committee of the Communist Party of China established the Third Brigade of Special Agents of Luxi District and served as the political commissar. In the spring of 1941, the three major brigades were reorganized into the Basic Cadre Regiment of the Fourth Military Sub-district of the Eighth Route Army and served as the political commissar of the regiment. In the spring of 1943, the basic cadre regiment was reorganized into the second regiment of the first sub-district of the Jiluyu Military Region, and he served as the political commissar and director of the political office of the regiment. In May 1944, he led his troops to attack the Niujiaodian stronghold in Dong'a County, but it could not be attacked for a long time. After discovering that there was a well in front of the enemy's stronghold, he ordered the water source to be blocked and forced the enemy to abandon the stronghold and flee. He was killed in the battle to lead his troops in pursuit of the fleeing enemy. He was 29 years old.
