"Jinsha Water Shoots Cloud Cliff Warmth" is a 2021 documentary produced by the Information Office of the People's Government of Yunnan Province and produced by China News Service, which has aroused widespread concern at home and abroad. The film is to record the glorious course of the Long March of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, and to present the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the 85th anniversary of the victory of the Long March of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, and the 70th anniversary of the peaceful liberation of Tibet.
At the end of April 1936, in order to get rid of the heavy pursuit and blockade of the Kuomintang troops, more than 18,000 people of the Second and Sixth Armies of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army under the leadership of the Communist Party of China began to cross the river from 7 ferry ports on the Jinsha River, which lasted 19 days and traveled 405 kilometers, passing through 7 townships, 22 administrative villages and 114 natural villages in Diqing Zhongdian (now Shangri-La City).

The history of the Red Army passing through Diqing is far away, but the spirit of perseverance and incessant struggle has always been continued. The documentary "Jinsha Water Shoots Clouds and Cliffs Warm" traces the glorious course of the Red Army's Long March through Diqing, with eight groups of characters living on the banks of the Jinsha River, connecting the new image of the people of all ethnic groups in Yunnan after the founding of New China, especially in the 40 years of reform and opening up and the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party, the snowy plateau of Diqing is due to the red gene and the original intention, reflecting the far-reaching impact of red culture on the social and economic development of Diqing, and fully displaying the new image of the masses of all ethnic groups in Yunnan in forging a solid sense of the Chinese national community, safeguarding the unity of the motherland and the unity of the nation.
The documentary lasted half a year to shoot and produce, divided into two episodes, a total of 60 minutes, the whole film not only shows the magnificent theme, but also observes the inspirational and warm individual strength.
The first episode of the documentary tells the four stories of "Ancestral House", "Dance Costume", "Wooden Bowl" and "Wanderer", paying tribute to the inheritance power of shouzheng innovation in all walks of life. In order to spread the red culture, the rural revitalization practitioners and Jian Qiu, who returned to their hometowns to start a business, renovated the old house where the wounded of the Red Army once lived temporarily at their own expense, hoping to transform it into a Red Army memorial hall. Bian Zong, the inheritor of intangible cultural heritage, once went out along the Yunnan-Tibet Highway to explore the world, and brought innovation and creativity back to his hometown for a pot dance costume and along the Yunnan-Tibet line. Lu Rong Dolma, who was watching the Red Army Bridge, encountered the wooden bowl craft at the age of 17, witnessing the Tibetan female consciousness from obscurity to awakening, and now has sold wooden bowls all over the world. At the age of 16, zabagdan, who returned to his hometown from India with his father, has worked tirelessly for 33 years, from learning Shangri-La culture, to promoting Shangri-La culture, to inheriting Shangri-La culture.

The next episode tells the four stories of "Alcohol Brew", "Monk", "Visitor" and "Homeland", comprehensively showing a new Diqing that is diverse and inclusive.
