In Group 5 of Taoyuan Village, Taiping Street, Tianfu New District, an all-stone building that lasted 13 months and was built in August 1968 still stands through the baptism of the times and wind and rain, telling the past of history.

According to reports, the location of this stone house was originally a stone mountain without soil, and there was no grass. In that era, the cadres and masses of the former Red Light Brigade, under the leadership of Luo Xingyou, the former leader of the Taiping Commune Infrastructure Construction Brigade and a member of the Communist Party of China (the former Red Light Brigade), decided to open a mountain and build a house to provide a fixed place for collective offices, village clinics, and students' teaching.

Open the mountain to take stones, abandon wood to make windows... The cadres and masses of the village worked together, and after more than a year, the house was finally built.
Walking into this stone house, you can feel it carefully, although there is no exquisite floor decoration and exquisite color matching, but every inch of the wall skin is slightly rolled up to tell the hardship and great history of the people's unity and progress.

Extensive collection of various precious cultural relics and objects reflecting major events, important figures and advanced deeds related to the revolution, construction, reform and development of Chengdu and Tianfu New Areas from 1840 to the present (focusing on the century-old party history from 1921 to the present) is widely collected.
Solicitation Method

(1) Donations. Collectors will donate the collections legally owned by them to the collection party free of charge, and the collection party will issue a collection certificate to the donor after determining the receipt of the donated goods, and give appropriate rewards to the units or individuals that donate collections with important artistic value, research value and scientific value.
(2) Acquisitions. Collectors are willing to sell or transfer their own collections, and after the relevant departments organize appraisal and evaluation by professional institutions, they shall requisition them in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
(3) Lending exhibitions. Collectors are willing to entrust their own collections to the solicitor for display and storage in the form of borrowing, and the solicitor organizes a professional organization to appraise and evaluate, and then pays the borrowing fee in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
(4) Reproduction. If the collector is willing to provide a copy of his own collection to the solicitor for display, the collector shall copy and return the original.
(5) Other solicitation methods provided for by laws and regulations.
