On February 27, the "Great Spirit Casts a Great Era -- A Special Exhibition on the Great Founding Spirit of the Communist Party of China" jointly organized by the First Great Memorial Hall of the Communist Party of China, the Shanghai Library, and the Beijing Lu Xun Museum (Beijing New Culture Movement Memorial Hall) opened in Beijing.

Closely centering on the theme of "the great spirit of party building", this exhibition exhibits more than 60 cultural relics collections of a major memorial hall of the CPC and more than 50 cultural relics collections of the Lu Xun Museum in Beijing, taking the vivid presentation of the spiritual genealogy of Chinese communists as a series, showing the century-long struggle of the party and the people under the guidance of the great founding spirit.
Xue Feng, secretary of the party committee and director of the first memorial hall of the Communist Party of China, said that in this exhibition, the first memorial hall of the Communist Party of China took out some of the collections and cultural relics in the collection, and the Shanghai Library also selected and exhibited the collection of cultural relics. At the same time, beijing Lu Xun Museum (Beijing New Culture Movement Memorial Hall) combined with the theme of this exhibition to vividly present the collection and cultural relics in the collection.

The exhibits on display include a number of precious cultural relics in the collection of a major memorial hall of the Communist Party of China, such as vases made of shell shells given to the condolence group of volunteer soldiers to the DPRK, songhu anti-Japanese commemorative medals (gifted by Cai Tingkai, Jiang Guangnai, and Dai Ji), and Shanghai anti-Japanese bloodshed medals ("iron blood" medals donated by Jiang Guangnai) and other cultural relics that were exhibited to the public for the first time.
The site of the First Congress of the Communist Party of China is not only the birthplace of the Communist Party of China, but also the birthplace of the great spirit of party building. In order to carry forward the great founding spirit of the party, Shanghai has established the country's first research center for the great founding spirit of the party - the Shanghai Municipal Research Center for the Great Founding Spirit of the Communist Party of China, and the first issue of the "Research Trends on the Great Founding Spirit" was compiled and printed by the secretariat of the CPC, and at the same time, the great memorial hall of the CPC took the lead in presenting the great founding spirit as the theme content in the basic exhibition.

Beijing was the main front for the spread of Marxism in early China, the center of the New Culture Movement and the birthplace of the May Fourth Movement.
