Theme of the work
(1) To display the major historical events that have taken place since the founding of the Communist Party of China, and to record the heroic figures and glorious deeds that have emerged among them.
(2) Praise the heroic spirit and fearless spirit of the Communist Party of China that is not afraid of sacrifice and forge ahead, and shape the portrait of the sons and daughters of the Party.
(3) Record the great course of the masses of the people, under the leadership of the Party, in establishing and building a new China and realizing the Chinese Dream.
(4) Other themed literary and artistic works created around the "Welcome to the 20th National Congress".

Category of works
(1) Literary works
His works include novels, essays, poetry, and reportage. The content of the work is closely related to the theme, the length is moderate, the content is full, and the emotion is abundant.
(2) Calligraphy works
The calligraphy body can be seal, li, letter, line, and grass, of which cursive and seal books must be accompanied by explanatory text. The work is solid, the external form is atmospheric, the text is used accurately, and the size requires a four-foot vertical, six-foot vertical or bucket square.
(3) Works of fine art
The content of the work can clearly reflect the theme, and the form of expression can be Chinese painting, oil painting, watercolor, gouache, printmaking, paper cutting and so on. The works are created in a single-frame form and realistically. The size of Chinese paintings is 240×200 cm after mounting; the size of oil paintings is 240×200 cm; the size of prints is 180 cm × 120 cm; the size of gouache paintings and watercolors is 180 cm × 150 cm; the size of other paintings is 180 cm × 150 cm after mounting and matching the frame.
(4) Photographic works
The works must be original, focusing on social stability, epidemic prevention and control, poverty alleviation, rural revitalization, cultural tourism, high-quality economic development, and the creation of civilized cities, praising the advanced deeds of outstanding communist party members in the new era and the great achievements of economic and social development achieved by Yanqi County under the leadership of the party. The work requires perfect composition, clear layers, strong appeal; clear focus, correct exposure, prominent theme, and clear details. Please use JPEG digital format to submit photographic works, and the original image is not less than 3M.
(5) Song works
The creation of the work revolves around the theme, the lyrics are beautiful, the emotions are sincere, and it is infectious. Submitted songs must be produced and submitted in audio MP3 format or video MV.

Other requirements
(1) All collected works should adhere to the correct orientation, closely follow the theme, show the party spirit with realistic themes, carry forward the main melody, and spread positive energy; vivid images, rich in ideological connotation and artistic appeal.
(2) For each type of art, the same applicant shall not exceed 3 (the total number of photographic works shall not exceed 15).
(3) Literary works shall submit 3 copies of finished materials and electronic versions of paper works; photographic works shall submit electronic photos as required; song works shall submit 1 copy of the burning CD of the work (the CD is in DVD format, the sound and picture are clear), and 3 copies of paper and electronic versions of lyrics shall also be submitted.
(4) The submitting author shall have an independent copyright in the work, and the work shall be the original work of the author who is completely independent and has no infringement problems. Legal liabilities involving portrait rights, copyrights and other legal liabilities shall be borne by the author, and the organizer shall not bear any responsibility.
(5) All authors who participate in the collection of works shall be deemed to have confirmed and complied with the provisions of this collection activity. All entries collected are required to fill in the declaration form, and works that do not fill in the declaration form will not be eligible for the competition.
(6) The organizer has the right to exhibit, research, photography, video, publishing and publicity of the exhibited works, and the copyright disputes of the works shall be borne by the authors themselves.
Five
Awards and support
(1) A number of outstanding works will be selected according to the categories of the declared works, and honorary certificates will be issued. Several outstanding organization awards are selected.
(2) Select some outstanding works to be exhibited in an appropriate form.
(3) The outstanding works selected by this activity will have the qualifications to apply for the 2022 Yanqi County Literary and Art Creation Award and Support Project.

Submission method
All paper materials, burned CDs, calligraphy and fine art works need to be submitted to the 526 Office of the Propaganda Department of the County Party Committee; photographic works need to be sent to the [email protected]; all electronic materials and electronic versions of the declaration forms that need to be submitted are submitted to the [email protected], and the unified naming format is: work category + work name + author name + contact number.
