First course: Umeboshi roast meat
Ingredients to prepare: dried plum vegetables, pork belly, peanut oil, salt, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, braised meat sauce.
To prepare the roast meat with plum vegetables:
1) Wash the pork belly and prunes and cut into small pieces.
2) Add the appropriate amount of peanut oil, small heat, add pork belly, stir-fry the surface golden brown, add braised meat sauce and stir-fry evenly.
3) Add dried plum vegetables, salt, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, add hot water, submerge the pork belly, bring to a boil on high heat, turn the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes, collect the juice.
Sauté the celery dried
Second course: stir-fried dried celery
Ingredients to prepare: celery, dried chandelier, green and red pepper, ginger, garlic, salt, sugar, chicken powder, peanut oil.
Celery stir-fried dried parsley:
1) Celery, dried parsley, green and red pepper, washed and striped.
2) Add peanut oil, heat pan, add ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3) Stir-fry celery, dried parsley, green and red pepper, add salt, sugar and stir-fry over high heat for 60 seconds.
4) Add chicken powder, season and remove from the pan.
Tomato tofu soup
Third course: tomato tofu soup
Ingredients to prepare: tomatoes, tofu, salt, peanut oil.
Tomato tofu soup preparation:
1) Wash the tomatoes and tofu and cut into chunks.
2) Add peanut oil, heat pan, pour in tomatoes and stir-fry.
3) Add an appropriate amount of water.
4) Add tofu, bring to a boil, add salt.
