Every year during the Spring Festival, I made eight treasure rice, the taste is sweet and glutinous, one end is on the table, the children especially like to eat, a few spoonfuls of a few spoonfuls on the digging of more than half, called delicious!
I only used a few ingredients for this eight-treasure rice: glutinous rice, sugar, lard, red dates, lotus seeds, and raisins!
How it works:
Soak the glutinous rice overnight, wash it the next day, drain it, and steam it in a pressure cooker for about 2 minutes.
[Fireworks] lotus seeds are also soaked first, and then steamed until soft and rotten.
[Fireworks] Prepare a bowl, smear it with lard, arrange the red dates, lotus seeds, and raisins at the bottom of the bowl, and put the steamed glutinous rice into the bowl, which must be pressed firmly. Put a layer of sticky rice, add a few spoonfuls of sugar, and so on.
[Fireworks] Then put the sticky rice in the pot and steam for about 10 minutes.
[Fireworks] stir-fry in a pot with lard and sugar, add water starch, and mix into a thick juice.
[Fireworks] use a plate to turn the sticky rice upside down, pour the juice on it, wow!
