3. Time-consuming
Electric pressure cookers have low pressure and cook things too slowly, which takes more time than an open pressure cooker. An electric pressure cooker takes more than twice as long to stew things as a traditional pressure cooker. In my house, there is an electric and a fire, and in contrast, the electricity is long and does not taste, and the fire time is short and tasteful.
At the same time, the electricity must not be as good as the traditional one, the pressure of the electricity is not as great as the traditional pressure, you don't have to be tough, I have tried, the traditional pot of pork bones for 15 minutes, the meat will be scattered, and the electric pressure cooker will stew to the same state for forty minutes.
Fourth, the capacity is small
The small capacity of the electric pressure cooker is the most frustrating point, and in practice, the open flame pressure cooker can hold nearly twice as much food as the electric pressure cooker.
