After using an electric pressure cooker for a year, I changed back to an open flame pressure cooker, don't rush to refute it, I will share my true feelings first.
A year ago, I followed the trend and bought an electric pressure cooker, thinking that the technology had advanced and the new technology products should be better used, but it didn't take long for me to start thinking about my old friend, the open flame pressure cooker.
Why did I ditch the electric pressure cooker and switch back to the traditional open flame pressure cooker?
The first is that it is easy to break. The electric pressure cooker has many functions and complex structure, and I feel that there are always various small problems when I use it.
Second, I personally think that the taste of this thing is not so meaningful. At first, I thought it was a problem with my craft, but then I used an open flame pressure cooker in my hometown to stew, and it dawned on me that it was a problem with the electric pressure cooker. (Of course, this is just a personal feeling, and it is not excluded that I am subjective in this matter)
The third is time-consuming and electricity-intensive. The electric pressure cooker I bought was slow to cook and take a ridiculously long time to cook soup and stew meat.
The fourth is the small capacity. I like to save trouble and do more at a time, and the electric pressure cooker I bought can't hold the amount I want.
So I decided to re-embrace my open flame pressure cooker. To be honest, for me personally, an open flame pressure cooker is a real helper. Although the electric pressure cooker seems to be tall and multi-functional, it is not as real as the traditional open flame pressure cooker.
