Papaya (cut in half, remove seeds, cut into small pieces) Peach gum (soak in cold water one night in advance to remove impurities, at least 6 hours) Sago (80 grams is enough for three people to eat) Red dates (buy the pitted or go yourself) A small amount of wolfberry, milk, yellow rock sugar (can be replaced with honey)

Steps:
