In the comprehensive practice base of primary and secondary schools, special training on food safety and nutrition and health was organized, and more than 30 people, including school leaders, canteen employees, teachers and property personnel, explained in detail the prevention and control measures of common foodborne diseases, the guidelines for the construction of nutritional and healthy canteens, and the GB31654-2021 "General Hygiene Specifications for Catering Services" and other related content. Through this training and publicity, the relevant personnel further improved their awareness of food safety and nutrition and health, became familiar with the prevention and control measures of foodborne diseases related to campus and canteens, and clarified the detailed construction indicators of nutrition and health canteens and the general hygiene specifications of catering services.
